I am thrilled to share my positive…

I am thrilled to share my positive experience with the EB-3 application process. From the initial PERM labor certification to the USCIS approval, the journey was handled with extreme professionalism and care. While the EB-3 timeline can be long as per previous experience but it took very short time on my case due to having a team that provided clear communication made all the difference.
The transparency regarding the Prevailing Wage Determination and the recruitment phases helped manage my expectations. I always felt informed about where my case going on, which significantly reduced my anxiety during periods of retrogression. The documentation was meticulously prepared, ensuring that my I-140 was filed accurately.
For anyone considering the EB-3 pathway—whether as a skilled worker or professional—I highly recommend staying patient and working with a team that values integrity and detail. This process has changed my life, providing a secure future for me and my family in the U.S. I am deeply grateful for the guidance that turned a complex legal hurdle into a successful reality.
