Ordered Smartwatch pro fitness tracker on 29th November 2019.Nothing on website to indicate delivery times, but as we all now expect delivery to be within one week, had no reason to investigate further. After placing order their site says you may have to wait 1-2 weeks and possibly 2-6 weeks. This is unacceptable when ordering as a gift.

I would never buy from this company again. They have no idea of customer service. I ordered sandals and even after checking with me they sent the wrong size and although it was their fault they say they can not supply me with a pre paid label. I have to send them back at my own cost. After several emails they are now just ignoring me.

Placed an order. Money taken immediately, now had email to say out of stock in uk so will be 2/3 weeks. They must have known when they took the money they did not have the item. Will post again IF it arrives

I ordered some work boots from this site I was told my size was in stock however couple weeks later I ask where my order is and they said I have to wait longer because they was getting imported. However when the order did finally appear less than 12 HR wearing them and the sole come off the bottom. The worst. Quality I have ever had. Safety boots not lasting 12hr ??? They are a joke if u want to waste your money may aswell try black jack or roulette. U have definitely got more chance of winning lottery than getting something from here on time and good quality I ask for refund and don't get one. I'm thinking about going to trading standards

Terrible! It has been 2 months and have not received my order. Contact customer service for refund and they keep telling to be patient my order is on its way. Stay away from this company.

Scammers they take your money and run still waiting to receive my order confirmation number that it's been shipped are you guys making this product it said it was in stock I would not have ordered it if I knew it was going to take this long and very poor customer service the phone number they Supply is useless they want you to email them and then you never get a response back. This is my first order and my last order on this site just hope I either receive my product or I can somehow manage to get a refund.

I did not notice that my order of an aluminum console for my boat was out of stock, however after emailing back and fourth with the company, their customer service was too notch. They answered my questions promptly and were extremely helpful!

The WORST online purchasing experience EVER! Ordered items at 5am Monday. Needed it by Friday so paid $9 for 2 day shipping. Order confirmed. Figured I may have it by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. Order confirmed for Thursday..GREAT. Notification said tracking number will be sent. Wednesday no tracking number so called. Voice Mail. sent email. Responded order shipped, tracking number pending arrive Thursday. Thursday, no delivery. Called..VOICE MAIL again. Sent email. Order shipped and will receive Friday BUT we only have half of what you ordered, balance to arrive Tuesday. Friday, No delivery. Call..Voice Mail again. No response. Saturday, no delivery. Monday half of the order arrived. THEY DON'T CARE! Hope to receive the other half of my order today but STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. Called....VOICE MAIL AGAIN!

I had some delay in communication. However, the dry storage box I had ordered was not in stock. They offerered to upgrade to the next larger size for no additional charge. That was generous and acceptable and I agreed. I received the dry box 5 days later. I had been sent an email with tracking information.
Overall, they stood behind their word and I received what we agreed upon. They had the best price found. I would buy from again.

We purchased some bottom paint from our boat through Global Supply Store. They had an outstanding price on some paint that was hard to come by, and while they only had one gallon in stock, we were able to get a price match from our local West Marine on the second gallon. I get the impression that they're quite a small company. Because we attempted to order two gallons and only one was available, we ended up communicating directly with employees, first to verify that we wanted to ship the first gallon, and then to sort out the refund. The staff was helpful, communicative, and the product was as-described at a great price. While the paint didn't suffer for it, the can arrived a bit worse for wear, so it might be good to include some padding between the can and the sides of the box when shipping similar products, instead of only on the top and bottom.

I ordered an item because of the attractive price and learned a lesson. To start, they have poor communication. No one answers the phone. There is just a message that tells you to email them and they will respond within 24 hours (not true). When I first ordered, the website never changed my order status from "processing" even after I received my item so I never knew when to expect it. While I did receive the item in a timely fashion, when I got the item, it was wrong. It was not what was pictured on the site. This is forgivable, as I found out later, some other sites have the same issue. The return process is where things got horrible. They would not answer my emails in a timely manner until I took it to the next step and started a case with paypal. Then I was finally able to get a return shipping label from them. I returned it promptly, they received the item back in a couple days. They offered to get me a replacement, but not until this process was a couple of weeks in (not from the beginning like they should have), and I was on vacation when they asked that so I couldn't respond right away. Still, once I did respond a few days later, I was told it could take another 14 days to get my refund. (they already had the item in their possession for 2 weeks at this point) I had to basically threaten to escalate the case with paypal before I was issued my refund. I see most of the other bad reviews have similar stories. This is not a coincidence as I found out. Do yourself a favor - pay a little more to buy from a reputable company. You might get lucky and get what you ordered, but if you have a problem, good luck!

Ordered some Gluvit. They had it $15 cheaper than anywhere else.

Order was shipped quickly and arrived perfectly. The packaging was excellent given what was being shipped.

Would recommend and will do business again.

Absolutely horrible customer service and zero integrity. They have no one answering the phones, just a message saying "please email sales and an agent will respond within 24 hrs". It has been 15 days now, no order update or shipping info. I received an email asking for my tax exempt letter, I provided that. They next said when they pulled up my shipping address, it came up as a "taco stand"...? I sent them a screen shot of Google maps...no taco stand around... I've yet to hear back.

I've worked with more than 60 vendors, not one has reported issues or delivered to a nearby taco stand... Worst communication and customer service I've ever seen. I'm letting every government contractor I know here in SC to stay away. This will be the first and last order from this so-called "business".

UPDATE:
I received an email stating the order was cancelled and my corporate card will be credited (we shall see). In the email, there was no mention of weird google search results and taco stands, only "we don't have stock, sorry for delay in responding, we are very sorry."

The nonsense of their response below of “we googled you and came up with a taco stand” is ludicrous as is their “your billing and shipping address don’t match” excuse. I deal with over 60 vendors and have NEVER had that issue.

The positive reviews are likely employees or buddies.

TOTAL SCAM HERE. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. TOO MANY OTHER LEGIT VENDORS.

I place an order for $1,650 last week. I never receive a shipping label or the product I ordered. I've called and emailed several times and have yet to hear back from them. I think these guys are scammers. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
