I am really disgusted i ordered a portable ice machine from bonay.limited oaid on my PayPal account and today I've received a electric toothbrush .nothing like ive ordered. Wish I read the review first looks like a scam company Ive emailed company 3 times and got no reply so next step must be PayPal to get my money back fingers crossed careen from Manchester

I purchased an ice machine in November and last week received a battery operated toothbrush worth about $5. You get the impression when purchasing that the goods are from the USA seeing that the payment is billed in US dollars.
BUYER BEWARE because this company are scammers. Reading the reviews it looks like their email reply is standard and sent to others (see my email received below). Australia Post costs are between $27.90 and $32.90 to return the incorrectly sent item at my cost prior to them sending correct goods or a credit!
I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to see if they can help get my money back on my C/C.

Ordered 2 kitchen carts from colemall after checking to see if they had positive reviews. The PayPal invoice was to Bonay.limited, and the email confirmation was from globalbuystore.com.
During the 7 weeks it took to arrive the website changed names 2x (most current is mariomall.online)
7 weeks later received 2 wrist watches and sent an email and received the response below.
I requested a full refund and let them know I planned to open a case with PayPal (however there is a PayPal thread that shoes this is challenging.
I was ultimately successful in my refund. First correspondence with customer service was 12/24, refund email received 12/28 and as of 12/29 the refund was received in full.

Based on your current online reviews and how many other customers have had similar issues I think that it is best that my money is refunded in full. If not refunded I will be opening a dispute with PayPal tomorrow.

I paid $37.98 USD and would expect the entire amount refunded.
If you want the watches shipped back I would expect another $30 to pay the cost of shipping to an address that doesn't seem to exist in China with tracking. So either there is a refund of $37.98 and I donate the watches or a refund of $67.98 and I ship them back.

I ordered a cover table table from here 2nd November. It’s now Christmas and I’ve had no reply to any emails sent. The website email doesn’t work and the tracking number doesn’t exist. I suspect it’s fraudulent. I will now be opening a claim via PayPal. (Thank god I used PayPal!)

I ordered 2 stainless steel non-stick pans with lids. I placed this order on 11-8-220. Yesterday, 12-17-2020, I received a package that had the tracking number of the package to be delivered to me. (Coming from China I understood the delay with the COVID virus everywhere, especially in China.)
After confirming the tracking number that was on the package, I knew this package did NOT contain the 2 pans I had ordered as advertised. The package was small enough to fit into my mailbox. I opened up the package and found 2 wrist watches. I immediately emailed this company and surprisingly they responded “ in record time”... the next day. They blamed the “ mistake” on the shipping company and apologized but that wasn’t half of it. They offered 40% refund providing I return the watches at my expense. And top of that, they said if I wanted to keep the watches that would be okay with them!
I wished that I had done some research on this company before I purchased through them. DON’T BUY THROUGH globalbuy.com. whatever you do!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

Thhis company is a fraud. I ordered an icemaker machine a couple months ago and never received it. I'm mad at myself for not thinking to check reviews before I purchased it. When I went to customer service, they said it's on the way and be patient. Does anyone know who we can report them to? DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE.

Ripoff company sham! Ordered two folding trolleys. November 12th 2020 Still have not received my items. Been over a month. Email on the website doesn't work to contact them and ask why my purchase has not arrived. Company name keeps changing on the website. When I purchased the name of the company website was "ColeMall" now it's called Mariomall. Tracking number is bogus. Had to file a dispute with PayPal. Ripoff company sham watch out!

Received two cheep wrist watches January 2!!!!

Jan 26 2021-Second update: PayPal sided with seller initially until I called them on the phone and told them what I received in the mail. Two wrist watches. Told PayPal this was a scam and many other people have been scammed the same way. PayPal gave me two choices....1. Reopen the dispute and I have to send the watches back to China at my expense which is cost-prohibitive and there's no guarantee the address supplied by the seller would be authentic or except a voucher equal to the amount that I was scammed from PayPal itself. I accepted the voucher. However it still reflects on my PayPal account that I filed a dispute that I lost. That's not right. I urged PayPal to shut this people's account down. They told me they would put a flag on the account.

So if you paid with PayPal don't use the automated dispute system. Get on the telephone. You'll have a better outcome.

We ordered two Christmas Lamp Post ornaments from this company September this year and after numerous emails eventually (on the 23rd of November our items were shown as delivered. After another two days back n forth we were emailed a tracking number which was legitimate but WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. Items received were TWO cheap watches that cost about £2 for both (we are in the UK by the way. I took up a grievance with PAY PAL BUT AS THE “ITEMS “ HAVE BEEN DELIVERED even thought NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED they state they WILL NOT refund our money. BE WARNED NEVER DAEL WITH THIS COMPANY AS IF YOU DO EVER RECEIVE ANYTHING IT WILL BE CHEAP WATCHES NOT THE GOODS YOU HAVE ORDERED AND PAY PAL WILL DO/SAY ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF REFUNDING YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Arrived same tracking number as on payment and order emails and what arrived?? 2 watches and cheap ones at that. I have now emailed several times with no response. Now reporting to paypal. How is this company even allowed to trade in Australia. Paid, nothing delivered, refund promised and not sent. This is actually fraud and theft. Reporting to the ACCC. Buyers beware.

I ordered two kitchen trolleys through a Facebook ad, and received two cheap watches from Fujian, China instead. Seller claims the supplier had made a mistake, and said refund can only be issued after they have received the wrong items back. In the same email, they asked if I want to consider keeping the cheap watches to avoid the "hassle" of returning the package, or ask if friends want them, and they will then refund 40% of the cost "immediately". That means, they are asking me to buy two lousy watches which I'd never want in the first place or risk losing my PayPal claim altogether by the time I wait for them (in vain) to issue a refund. I'm rejecting the offer because I see others here have fallen prey to the same scam. I shall escalate this to PayPal directly. (I just clicked on the original link in the invoice, and this store is now renamed colemall.online. Beware.)
Refund Update one day after dispute and on the same day this review is posted: After I insisted on a full refund without needing to ship back the watches or accepting the watches for a partial refund, I have been refunded fully through PayPal.

The items arrived a month late and were returned to the address I was given as they were too late to use.
I am still waiting for a refund.
Do not throw your money away on this company!

I ordered a product over 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. No communication from the company since the order was made. Do not order from this company as totally fake!
