Truly good company to work for
they pay £15 an hour? I don't know why people put fake references on here. Verity in the office is really nice to work for. We all work very hard here to please our customers. All my colleague are very reliable and hard working cleaners too. So if you need a cleaner choose Gleem. If you want a job choose Gleem. You will be looked after well. I am! I clean for them.

Absolutely brilliant to work for I have worked for other companies that pay irregular times and short etc but these go that extra mile and at £15 per hour pay the best rates in Bristol I don't know why people put fake reviews. Verity in the office is just lovely to work for.

Gleem have been appropriately communicative and adaptable to ensure a dependable service that meets my needs. The regular cleaner assigned to me is polite and friendly and certainly knows what they're doing.

We have used two Gleem services: a move in/out deep clean after some building work, and a regular fortnightly clean. The cleaners are friendly, punctual and professional, and always complete the job quickly, to a very high standard. We would recommend Gleem to anyone.

The worst company I've ever worked for. They are refusing to pay my wages for 2 weeks now. Really basic pay for all cleaners at £11ph while they are charging £30ph+. It's slave labour. Customers begging for me to stay with them because they are sick of cleaners leaving and changing. I accepted a couple of clients private and for this reason they are threatening to sue me and refusing to pay me, but the clients are not happy with the constant changes. Really cold and unprofessional, you feel like you are talking to a computer half of the time. Better to just find a local cleaning company. All customers complaining to me about them.

My kitchen was in an appalling state , I hadn't cleaned it for a long time and just couldn't face it. So I contacted Gleem Cleaning , chose a date and time of my choosing and the cleaner came and did an excellent job. Highly recommended .

We booked Gleem for a deep clean plus carpet cleaning, I'd say the service was average. We were also surprised that only one person turned up and cleaned for around three hours which cost us £370 - I'd beware of their deep cleaning services and instead simply book a clean for 3-4 hours and carpet cleaning on top, saving yourself quite a bit of money!

The service received from Gleem was excellent. The initial telephone call was answered promptly and everything was explained to me clearly and in a very professional way. The cleaning lady came on time, listened carefully to what I wanted her to do and she carried out the job to a very high standard indeed. I could not have hoped for more and feel able to recommend this firm without reservation. Thank you Gleem!

Fantastic cleaner and great customer service! It was really easy to arrange a cleaner through Gleem, and they sorted out a fantastic cleaner for us, Tatiana. Tatiana works really hard, has high standards, as well as being easy to get along with.
If there's any queries, Gleem have always got back to us promptly and courteously.

Very pleased with the cleaning provided. I have Estela who arrives on time, is polite and leaves the house sparkling clean.

They turned up to the original appointment 8 hours late, so I had to rearrange as they couldn’t get in. They had to be repeatedly chased to rebook. They charged upfront for 13 hours, and finished in 6 hours. The quality of the clean was awful. Happy to provide pictures as an example of their “Gleem Guarantee” standard.

The cleaner offered to come back and work directly for less than half the cost, they suggested not to go via Gleem as they take such a large cut from the cleaners pay.

Clearly a company that’s purely focused on money, without any respect for customers or staff, summed up by themselves in a response on Google maps ... “I am only writing this reply due to a potential customer calling us and stating they could not trust us due to this EXACT review, costing us additional revenue.”

Complete waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.

I’d accidentally booked the wrong date for the deep clean of my ill mothers apartment. Gleem were quick to resolve my error, finding a wonderfully professional cleaner same day. A cleaner who scrubbed that flat from top to bottom.
