I came from Italy especially to get me IV drip from Shania at Glam Master and honestly saying from the moment to booking to coming in and receiving the treatment was flawless I booked my flight and Shania made me comfortable with the process was checking everything ran smoothly once I came in to the clinic I was give in-depth consultation she asked all relevant medical questions as she didn’t know I was a doctor by profession I was very satisfied of consultation then proceeded to the treatment which was excellent also as shania had a medical background I knew I was in safe hands. The results are fantastic my hyperpigmentation is less and the skin is even and brighter I have came to her in Manchester 3 times now and travelling all way from Italy definitely recommend Shania

Really disappointed with my experience. I asked for a dark ash brown balayage, but the result was too light, patchy, and brassy. The haircut was also very choppy.
I was quoted £140 online but charged £180 in person without a proper explanation. The staff were quite pushy and often spoke in their own language, which made me feel uncomfortable.
They had to re-tone my hair during the first appointment because the colour was off, and I was asked to come back a week later. Although it improved slightly, it still wasn’t right.
During the second visit, the hairdresser said she wouldn’t properly style my hair because I wasn’t paying, even though I was there to fix their original work. I left with my hair still damp.
Overall, poor service, poor communication, and not worth the price.
Would not come back or recommend this salon to anyone

Booked in for half a head of highlights and the hair stylist did 2 thirds of my hair and charged me full price for a full head of highlights. Not happy with the highlights a bit brassy at the Front. Will not be coming back again

I came from India for my Masters, and I found this Salon nearby where I stay. And I can say undoubtedly I had a great experience with threading and Wax. Best part was the prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend it. Get work done by SHOREH.

16/07/24..one of the worst service providing in Manchester.staff is so rude,arrogant .also 1 lady sitting next to door doing nails was so bad.as she looks u even ask u ur reason to come in a very nasty way.complain procedure is horrible.seems they are juss there to insult customers.always put u on hold for an 45min for talking with manager even if u need some basic information about there services.asso service they providing is juss a waste of money..unexperince staff ,

Horrible service completely ruined my eyebrows, thinned them out completely (although i confirmed i wanted my eyebrows to be kept their size just have them neatened up) and now they’re two different sizes. When I complained they couldn’t even be bothered to help make them equal sizes. I asked for Hybrid Lashes and was shown a photo of what the lady could do, the end result was completely different £50 for lashes that are not visible from 30cm away, completely wrong length and used cluster lashes instead of fans and individuals.

At Glam Master Salon & Spa, I recently had laser hair removal done and I am so pleased with the results! It was a relatively painless procedure that took one session to complete. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were incredible and I have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of body hair I have.

Blatant sexual discrimination at this store I wanted to take my daughter there for a treat only to be turned away as only females are allowed in the shop which go against the discrimination law so I have reported them to the council

Fabulous salon excellent hairdresser and owner and staff are extremely polite and helpful the salon is amazing beautiful done up very glam they even have a spa indoor hot tub can not wait for a pamper session!

They did my bridal party’s makeup it was awesome. Most importantly, she did great work.
