(had to edit this initial review on account of my experience the second time as I was critical with my first! SECOND ORDER WAS QUICK TO PLACE, TRACKING INFO WAS PROMPT AND PRODUCT IS AND WAS ALSO THE FIRST TIME CORRECT ITEMS. IF PEOPLE CAN CRITICISE THEN WE SHOULD AND COMPLEMENT WHEN CREDIT IS DESERVED i will leave the first review below for context! )Ordered a product £90 money deducted from my account and I have not even received any tracking details yet and it was 2 weeks ago I ordered. I contacted but standard customer service replies . I have two emails to say sorry for the delay and this was a reason this will be a happen! BUT IF YOU GET THE PRODUCT DELIVERED BEFORE THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIPPING DETAILS THEN at least the process is easier than the problem! I will be making a next order and see how many emails before we royal mail

DONT ever buy from this company they have stock on there website and take your money then 2-3 weeks later say no stock and say 10 days to refund so they basically have your money for up to a month.

The worst company out there bordering on scammers

I'm really lost for words. Ordered a few items on the basis that they were discounted but have not received anything at all and now suddenly I'm being charged monthly for something I have not signed up for. Plus I received no items at all. Really unhappy with this service and now the site I initially used has disappeared

This company is a fraud! I ordered my dress couple of months ago but i didn’t received it. I paid almost $100 for nothing. Very disappointed and i would never ever recommend this company!

I ordered a month ago from them based on the discounted price offer, but after you order from their site and they take the money, you will not get anything and no response will be made to any email you send or any contact .. It is a scam beware.
For your information, they changed the name of the site from GlamourGlowmakeup to prettypalettestore

If I could give it nothing I would 😡 total scam and have the cheek to charge me monthly for a subscription fee with I never signed up for. If it's not resolved I'll b taking it further than just an email

I got scammed. They have now billed twice and sent nothing. I will have to contact my bank and change all my details from my credit card to stop them billing anymore. Should have known to good to be true

I got scammed this glamourglow popped up on instergram with a website to buy good products for cheap even though I spent 28 dollars. I have been trying to email and call them no response it's been over 3 weeks never order from them.
Ps. since April. and they have change the name of the webside to prettypalette

trust me it's a scam

I truly wish I had read here before ordering from this company! They have taken payments from my account 4 times, just under £80. They have not responded to my requests for refund, and I have not received any acknowledgement from them at all!!
I strongly suggest not using these people!!!

I got scammed this glamourglow popped up on Facebook with a website to buy good products for cheap even though I spent 20 dollars it still was my money and I have been trying to email and call them no response it's been over 3 weeks never order from them trust me it's a scam

I made my order 3 weeks ago on the sale items got 14 items because that's all u can get an still I got nothing nobody message back I want my money back it sux because I was so excited to get some of them an I am afraid I got scammed

After the auto message from Glamglow I sent them yet another email, but without any results. They just stole my money. Don't order from them ever.

I've made an order on April 9th, paid. After 12 days didn't hear from them, they don't reply my emails.
I want to cancel the order and get my money back but looks like they are not going to either return my money or send my order. Pure fraud.

Placed an order for overnight shipping and paid $19 for the service. It had been 3 days with no movement. Called customer service which he was rude for no reason. I had to repeat several times that I just wanted a status. He finally answered and said it is in the warehouse, (which has been showing that for 3 days). I asked what does that mean and he goes IDK…. First and last time ordering from here.

I love the branding and the way the face masks looked but I do find them very overpriced compared to other companies! A lot of plastic packaging especially for masks that are £40! They do amazing things for your skin but as do products that are 10% of the price

Still waiting on an order placed almost 3 weeks ago. Cannot get a response to 2 emails, 2phone calls after one hour hold times and even leaving name and number for call back, contact forms..etc.

What's more upsetting is getting my email box spammed everyday with "free two day shipping" emails...when I still cannot get my initial order or any help.

If you want a glamglow product, try ordering through Sephora. Do not order directly from Glamglow.

I am very impressed with my Supermud clearing treatment, my pores looked much smaller after the first use. There was a query I had about an offer code but this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Will definitely be back for more!

Ordered and paid for three items and they sent me 1!!! Don’t reply to emails. Don’t pick up the phone. Absolutely shocking service and wouldn’t buy from again. Can see I am going to have to get money back from my credit card company. Avoid avoid avoid

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is beyond appalling. 3 weeks after an order, still chasing a response to 4 emails, calling their number - no one answers. Highly unrecommended and beyond unprofessional. No idea how a company like this have any business.
