Deeply disappointed, 2 days notice dresses not available.
I deeply wanted to support this company as I love the idea of sustainable fashion. I hired for a wedding, including a back up dress, and 2 days before was phoned to say neither dress was available. It made the lead in to the wedding very stressful and I was so disappointed. I am still waiting for a refund 1 week later. Be aware, you could be very disappointed as I was.

Hiring a dress with glam corner was super easy! I got a back up dress just in case and they both arrived in great condition. It was super easy sending them back with the pre paid postage bag. I will definitely be back!

Great Concept - win for the environment
I’ve now rented twice from Glamcorner. Each time I received the dresses in a timely fashion days before the event even though I ordered for four days. The return process was simple and efficient. I was able to wear a beautiful gown of such excellent quality. Loads of compliments. And then I get to return it for someone else to enjoy. I don’t contribute to landfill by throwing out clothes and my wardrobe is not filled with items I’ve worn two or three times. It’s a win win for everyone. The staff and service are second to none. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Glamcorner…
I have been a customer of Glamcorner for over five years. Both as a member of their premium service and one off hires. This used to be the most incredible company and their customer service and employees were second to none. So efficient and no problem was ever too hard to solve. Unfortunately now there is nothing but problems, mistakes and delays.
In my experience, I would order a box and it would take 1-2 days from ordering to be at my door. The boxes now take over a week to arrive - so the value for money with an unlimited box has diminished greatly. The brands of clothes in the premium subscription have also changed over the past few years and there is now a much smaller selection of premium brands and items particularly in the larger sizes. Their size inclusion used to be amazing but now for example, there may only be 40 items available for a size 16 to choose from while there is over 300+ for a size 10-12. So my curvy women need to know that before signing up.
Here are some of the issues I have had in the past 6 weeks alone, if I go any further back the review will go forever. This week I ordered my box on Monday. I sent a message (as I now do every time to try and help the process not take too long) the following day to ask if the box could please be dispatched as I need the outfits for the weekend - a reasonable request considering I ordered on Monday. Long story short of course they did not arrive in time and according to tracking the box will be here Tuesday- Thursday the following week. That is an 8+ day turnaround to get a box from Sydney to Brisbane. It is just crazy. Here has been the other issues the past few weeks.
- accused of not returning an item I had returned months before. Ironically I had ordered the same dress in my current box because of the lack of options and had receipts to be able to show their stuff up thankfully.
- box coming over a week late (more than the already later time) because of a cleaning issue/warehouse stuff up.
- different dress to what I ordered in the box
The list goes on. Full transparency I am lucky I still pay a heavily reduced rate because I was one of the first people to sign up to the premium service when they first launched it back in the day. So I have the legacy price. I think I keep subscribing with the hope it will eventually go back to how it was before but sadly it seems unlikely. The price now to sign up absolutely is not value for what the company is now in regards to the service it provides. It seems like there are lots of paid positive reviews here but this is an honest opinion from someone who used to be Glamcorner’s biggest fan!

AVOID!!!!! Glam Corner take a month to pay resellers and only after multiple emails
I've sold multiple items of clothing via their Reloop site. Buyers have 7 days to return and after that Glam Corner take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS to pay you. This is over a month after items are sold and they definitely do take their time paying. It's also impossible to contact them. They don't respond to emails & have a Sydney phone no. but every time I called it I had to leave a message as they do not answer the phone and do not call you back. I'm still waiting for payment, AVOID!!!

Last minute go to!
Great service for those last minute weekends plans! Ordered my two dresses on Wednesday 1AM before sleeping and it arrived mid day Thursday! Gives you an option of an additional try on dress! Love this service. But best of all it helps me not to clog up my closet with dresses I will only wear once.

Really easy to work with. The dress I rented came earlier than expected which was great and was really easy to return. I had so many compliments on the dress I chose and would definitely rent from GlamCorner again!

Perfect for work & play
I've been a member of GlamCorner for many years and it's been a great experience. From my working wardrobe to fun statement pieces, even throughout both my pregnancies, it's been ideal.
One of my favourite things is the fact it allows me to take fashion risks, wearing prints and styles I wouldn't be able to afford to purchase but desperately want to wear.
It's great for the environment, it saves me money on shopping and I always feel up to date with trends.
If there is ever an issue, the GC team will always correct it immediately and customer service has always been spot on!

Company overhaul has reduced quality of customer service
I have been a member for a few years. Sometimes I even have two memberships if I have lots of events on. In the past few months I have noticed:
- they used to allow immediate postage of an item once you lodged your last item. It is now taking ages to get the items out which reduces the value of the membership package as overall you can get less outfits per month
- customer service has completely changed. They used to be so attentive and helpful. They would bend over backwards to assist or apologise for anything and credit your account or help in another way. Customer service now feels like they don't even want me as a customer. I mention I have a deadline and ask if a box can be posted and don't receive an answer. I have mentioned (nicely) that their customer service has declined and didnt' even get an acknowledgement of my constructive critism.
- if I can find another company to move to I would move immediately. It's not worth the hassle any longer
- They restructured their membership packages. It feels like we used to get more zimmermann and quality like this. Now some of the brands are a lot cheaper. Still mixed with some good brands but it does feel as though it's slipped.
Not sure what is going on. It feels like the company has had a huge cost cutting restructure and it's made it feel very impersonal to the consumer
I really hope it changes. They have such a great idea. But with the lack of quality customer service and items not making it in time for functions, I'm not sure what value a company like this has anymore

Worst experience at GlamCorner
Worst experience at GlamCorner. You can tell from them trying to bury the true and negative reviews below, even one from an unpaid supplier. They help themselves into my bank account and when I asked them for a refund on their 'mistake' it still hasn't been resolved. They moved all their customer service to the Philippians so when you call you don't get through to anyone and receive an automated message back. You can tell they have hardly any staff left yet they are charging huge prices for lateness and disorganization.
This company is heading for liquidation!!!!!
Answer your phones and customers then you won't need to bury bad reviews with paid ones.

I've been a long time subscriber to GC and here are the reasons why:
-Great alternative to buying clothes and not using them again. Feels like a have a massive wardrobe with endless designer options. Plus they do the dry cleaning 🏆Win in my book.
-Fantastic Customer service - 😊The Customer Happiness team are quick to resolve any issues if there are any and their live chat is handy to ask questions.
-Doing your bit for environment and recycling clothes
-I've tried heaps of clothes that I perhaps wouldn't of thought to buy and have even bought some items pre-loved items that do become available. Buying a Camilla dress was the best score yet.

Perfect for the working and socialising girl!
I have already saved so much by being a glam corner member. I'm a premium member, as I often like a variety of nice dresses, costs or work attire. The team are super responsive and helpful, and the best thing is, once your order comes, you have 24 hours to try it on and swap if they don't fit, meaning, you never get stuck with something you wouldn't wear. I reccomend 3-4 items per month if you are a busy working professional that goes to a lot of events, presentations, etc.
Each month I wear clothes I wouldn't normally be able to afford to invest it, it's the perfect wardrobe solution.
