The lowest of the low! If you are unfortunate enough to be the victim of a private parking fine as we were (signage all over the place and despite it saying free to park on a Sunday, issued us with a fine and then several Debt Recovery letters), I sincerely hope the company doesn’t instruct this firm of sharks to recover their ‘debt’. Received letter that contradicted itself, wasn’t clear, offered several different options, a phone number that it asks you to call that no one answers (no voicemail or message facility, it just rings) and then when someone does answer, they are rude and hang up on you. All I did was express my concern that if I pay the debt (which I don’t even legally owe) in order to avoid a CCJ (right before embarking on a significant remortgage) that I may still be issued a CCJ (as their letter threatens), a valid concern considering we’ve already been lied to and gaslit by the parking company. So rude. So unprofessional. Quite unbelievable. This must be where very bad solicitors go who can’t get a job elsewhere. Just logged in to pay my ‘debt’. Whether they still try to take me to CCJ or do as they have promised they will and issue me with confirmation that the case is now closed remains to be seen. Good luck to everyone else also suffering the misfortune of being involved with these scumbags.

I got a letter for a year old parking fine which had been sorted out. I called for some help and advice because that was the only contact detail on the letter, and I have never had this before.

Instantly the person I spoke to was rude, from the moment he asked for reference number. And completely for no reason. Then he cut me off mid sentence when I started explaining and said why are you telling me this.
Then laughed at me and said its your problem basically. All I wanted is advice on what to do next...

I have never seen such a level of customer service, I was polite and I got nothing but, from the moment I said one word. This has caused me a panic attack and a loss of working day cause I needed to get help.

Had no previous letters about a parking fine but recieved a county court letter today for £249.70 with no evidence to show my offence. Tried to call the solicitor but they wouldn't deal with it and told me to contact the court! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Absolutely terrible company, no help whatsoever, direct you to the civil court service where you have to be on hold for hours, no email address to be able to contact the court offered so that you have no option but to make payment even with mitigation. Their fees were £166 for the claim. I am disabled and struggled and I was basically told tough. I wanted help to mitigate their claim. We aren’t helping you. These are a complete shower of sharks and should not be in business.

Private landlords who allow this company to enforce parking fines to law abiding citizens should be vary wary @greegsOfficial being one of them . Gladstones are modern day spivs who operate at a level of a sewer rat (sorry all you sewer rats no offence) Obviously I've had a bad experience and am now entering 30 day rehab for my shredded nerves.

I'd give 0 stars if that was possible. Sending me letters saying I owe £110 pounds when I've paid my debt off. I have proof of all my payments and an email from yourselves proving when I started the payments. I've emailed you 3 times and called you twice with no reply. If this goes any further a fraud cause will be raised against you, Trying to get more money from me when I've paid my AND I have PROOF is hilarious. I'll get your company closed down. Bunch of clowns. Trying to take extra money off people is disgusting!

Dodgy solicitors. I had a parking fine and I asked a question in may 2023, they answered me 7 months later!!! Absolutely useless and dodgy as hell. Stay away at all costs

Rang and spoke to one advisor who was unhelpful and rude, caused upset and distress in an already difficult time. My husband called back and spoke to a guy called Aiden who was so helpful and understanding, so for him personally I give 5 stars, the 1st advisor however doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. If the rest of the team were like Aiden I'm sure there'd be a lot more positive reviews.

Despite being issued with the right to park for 30 days at Discovery Dock East E14 in 2021 and paid upfront to Your Parking Space, the private parking firm there (PCM) has since alleged that a PCN was issued for parking. No PCN was ever received. Instead PCM use a highly dubious "lawfirm" who does not respond to emails and whose people cannot be reached by phone, called Gladstones. Gladstones obtain a default CCJ using a vehicle owners' address that is knowingly incorrect (they do not seek to obtain correct DVLA details). They then use an enforcement company called "Empira" owned by the same director and operating from the same premises as Gladstones, to extract vast sums of money claiming an unpaid PCN from years earlier. Most people will pay up rather than risk their vehicle being seized. It is a perfect scam. Still, after two years of asking Gladstones, they are yet to produce evidence of the PCN issued by PCM. PCM never have responded either.

Lack of due dilligance.. took out a CCJ against me without my knowledge and found out a year later when applying for a mortgage. Had I of known of the debt I would have just paid it.

I have tried ringing Gladstones to ensure my correct details are on their system for the receipt but had no response.

Unlawful. This company and its staff act in an abhorrent and hostile manner.

These conmen sent a letter dated 15 December which I received on the 24th of December a day before Christmas demanding I pay a £170 parking fine by the 29th of December or else the case is going to court, they demanded the full payment without any lawful or legal grounds with the PCN clients they are fighting for.

This company embodies the lowest of humanity preying on the working class with excessive fines and threats. These are the ills of capitalism and privatisation.

Do not pay these parasites and study the law and fight your case.

Gladstones Solicitor Lied at Court hearing telling the Judge I never had a payment plan for a parking fine with Debt Recovery Plus, He Lied for Financial Gain to get a result and costs Bath Court have now seen the evidence but the District Judge Campbell for some reason thinks that it’s ok to give False information in her court

I Recently attended a Hearing regarding a parking fine, these Solicitors we’re representing Premier Park Ltd, The Solicitor told a Lie several times at the Hearing saying I had no Payment plan with Debt recovery plus of which I did the Judge believed him these Solicitors tell Lies to get a result and Achieve Financial Gain

Totally agree with all the genuine feedback that people have given (minus the paid reviewers 💩) this company are full of sleazy #@#@ bags just working with parking fines and making it hard to pay so raise a ccj and then charge over and above. Not willing to understand no timely communication frim them hard to get in touch their system failure. Definately a company of Devils 😈 but they say Karma always has a way .Am sure it will bite them back .
