Excellent all round, easy to order on line, absolutely superb delivery service only took a day to get the amp. The amp itself is excellent . Ive no complaints at all with gig gear and will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend you consider them too. Thank you very much GigGear.

Sonic Mustang was ordered from Warehouse it took a week to arrive.

Asked for set of roto yellows 10s to be fitted when doing proffesional set up service that they offer.

Well sorry guys but it must have been the guitar techs day off as whilst no fret issues ( if they actually touched them ) the set up was pretty bad.

Action so low it buzzed and strings fret out under light strumming but not radiused to 9.5 fretboard correctly and intonation was way way off all saddles in a row apart from low E.

If this was purchased from Amazon you expect it not when you offer such a set up service.

Fortunately I can and have set up the guitar correctly and it plays very well.

Hoping this was a one off

Incorrect item, but not the fault of gig gear and arrived on time. I ordered the Evans 300 hazy snare side head and the box was correct, but the actual head inside was the 300 clear rather than the 300 hazy. Think this is a fault from Evans because I ordered the same thing from Gear4music and the same thing happened with that one.
