Very disappointed!
I ordered 2 personalised slate coasters, but they are of poor quality. I understand slate is a natural product, but there were several 'scratches' on each coaster. Also, the print quality is very poor. Very disappointed!

Item arrived exactly as described, very pleased with purchase. The only problem I had was the tracking number provided by the Giftstore was not recognised by Royal Mail and susequently, I was out when the delivery was first made. The item did arrive the next day and was well packaged. Would use this company again and would recommend.
