AVOID!

If I could give this company a minus rating they would get a 10. They sent the wrong items and there were pieces of sweets missing from the items I ordered, how unhygienic and unprofessional. I ordered a hamper which did not even arrive with the goods!

I also want to give a 0 to them. My order has been pending for 1 week, the gifts were supposed to be delivered and arrived on 17/July. But my colleagues still have not received them till today.
They keep saying it's under investigation, but no updates at all. I asked them to give me a refund, but the same answers. Bad service and website to order.

I want to give 0 star. Very hopeless people are working here.. I ordered cake, and money is also deducted from my account.. now the guys are telling amount is not paid. Pay the amount to another number. Which you paid is not our number.. I think this app is fraud

Worst service. These guys wont deliver whats promised. Only half the order got delivered. Don't trust and never order from these guys if you want the whole order to get delivered. The order was delivered at the end of the day almost 8:30pm.

I would like to give 0 star. Very disappointed with their service. On the website it says next day delivery but don’t get delivered on time. I have ordered some sweets on my dad’s birthday but they didn’t deliver on time. I have ordered on 13-04-2023 and should be delivered on the next day but still pending. Spoke to someone on customer service and I have been told it’s gonna take another 1-2 days. I have asked for refund but I haven’t heard anything. Don’t use this website. Very poor customer service

Very very bad company they will take your money and will not deliver anything, if you complain they won't answer and will lie saying door was locked! This is a scam, please don't use them unless you want to waste your money

Want to give 0 star, Its a FRAUD company. Money was deducted from my account but received an email saying something went wrong, so pay again with a discounted price.

A gift was sent to a child for Christmas and Gifts -To-India did not bother to send the gift.
No tracking number was sent to the sender, when sender enquired with the recipient, realised they did not receive the gift. When Gifts to india was contacted they send a tracking number of DTDC stating gift is delivered.
The sender contacted Credit card company to stop payment.
When the matter was taken up by the credit card company, gifts to India.com decided to deliver the order. 6 days after credit card company wrote to them they delivered the order.
Then they are dishonest along with their partner the courier company DTDC, stating that the order was delivered on a particular day.
Beware of this company. We had the backing of the credit card company but many customers in India do not have this safety net and your money will be gone with nothing being delivered.

they are scammers. I have ordered same day delivery and it has been three days now, still they didn't delivered and not refund the amount.

My order number is RGTI-231120221133002. I booked chocolates and birthday gift for my daughter 2 days ago for 25th. But still not delivered and her birthday finishing today and pathetic customer service. They are irrresponsible people. When i asked for shipping number/Tracking number/Consignment number, they neglected. Dont order from this site .

Pathetic service ! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Placed order 6 days before Diwali, to a place like Pune. Its been 12 days since Diwali, order is still not delivered. No clue !!!
The guys at service desk have a script to read over, they wont even listen to you !! My fault,, trusted on a new provider. Only regrets !

This company is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. On 18 th October I ordered a gift for Diwali. I was assured next day delivery , after numerous emails and txts ( all ignored) it was delivered on 27 th. In the meantime I reordered in case sent to wrong address . Assured again of delivery on 27 th still not been delivered, nor emails answered . I will never use them again.

But still, the order has not been delivered and the customer support number is switched off They are fraud. don't trust this company they are totally fraud.

Everything went wrong... The site is completely fraudulent and is just there to scam innocent users. You won't believe what they did to us. We had ordered 3 gifts from the site and it was scheduled for "Same Day Delivery". One of them got shipped to the Hyderabad location but had a defective Laxmi Idol in it.

For the rest two we are not being able to track them down and it has been three days since the time schedule. Not only the customer service is poor but there is no method to get in touch with their executives also. Only one number is given which is always switched off( I am mentioning this after trying the given number for 3 days continuously).

So, it is my humble request please do not be fooled by the rating. The online gift shopping site is only there to loot our hard-earned money and nothing else.
It just looks hunky-dory from the outside. Once you order there is nothing else you will be left with other than waiting endlessly.
So please do not go by the stupid reviews I have a request to Google for taking this site down as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 hampers for my brother for rakhi. The delivery was on time but one of the hampers had stale and burnt rasgulla. The dry fruit packet only had cashews and raisins and no pistachios and almonds. This item was named as: "Tasty Balaram Mullicks Rasgulla with Assorted Dry Fruits N Classy Rakhi Pair". A business is only successful when its run on trust. Many families all over the world try to send a nice treat to their families in India and they trust that these companies will do their job affectively. If there is a problem with delivery, they will fix the problem and gain the trust back. Instead, I received a text back from the company to check my order as I ordered baked rasgulla even after sending them the picture of what my brother received. When I try to post a review on their website, it says my order number does not exist. I would like to get a refund on this hamper. I do not recommend this company. Very unreliable company!

I wouldn't even give a 1 start to this business. This is the worst business ever. The customer service numbers don't work, they are in business to cheat people.

I wish I had read the reviews on this page before ordering. The service is terrible - ordered some flowers, cake, balloons for my wife but the delivery was so late in the evening after the whole birth day had passed. At the time of writing delivery still hasnt happened...God only knows what quality of flowers will arrive late at night!
