Many thanks for a great service. I haven't open any yet but if they are the usual quality standard I could not ask for more

The jigsaws are interesting to do. Faulty products are replaced quickly. The only quibble is the card used. It doesn’t separate into individual pieces very easily. When I want to break the puzzle up afterwards it tends to roll up rather than break easily into pieces.
It was a birthday present but my son knows I like the Trevor Mitchell scenes of days gone by.

What a lovely company to deal with. The jigsaw is brilliant and the customer service was first class. Thank you for a speedy delivery.

Very easy to order. Extremely quick to deliver. Very regular with their emails regarding dispatch, delivery, thank yous, on subscription orders, which probably get a bit overdone. Only used them as birthday gifts for family, not myself, but I understand that the monthly pictures are varied.

Puzzle subscription is fab, have been doing it for a few years now and enjoy the variety you get each month.

Good quality jigsaws Amazing service

I was very impressed with Gibson's during a recent interaction. I bought one of their jigsaws (through Amazon) and was very disappointed to find a piece missing on completion. It was a very easy procedure to contact Gibsons and report this. Within a very few days, they had replaced the jigsaw contents ( I was told to retain the original box). Ten out of ten from me. These things do happen, but they responded very quickly.

Very fast delivery. Pity they don't do more Dandy and Beano puzzles

Your puzzles are great fun. Beautiful colours, accurate fits; a joyful pastime, Quite the best!

Great customer service, can't fault anything

Good service. fair price. Like the jigsaw

I was gifted a Gibson jigsaw puzzle for Mother’s Day, but it unfortunately had eight pieces missing.
I contacted Gibsons and within 48 hours my new puzzle had arrived.
That’s what I call excellent service.

Jigsaws arrived sooner than I expected, thank you.
Just love the Art file collection, such beautiful colours, and previous ones have proved quite difficult to do which for me is just right.

You were honest, reliable, and kind throughout the entire process; thank you for sending the missing pieces and for the lovely London puzzle design you created. It really shows the great work you put into the brand and all your processes.
