Very upsetting and unprofessional
I contact the Stanmore branch regarding a property available for rent that was perfect for me and my partner. I was lucky enough to find the listing as soon as they put it up. I contacted them via the form on Zoopla and they called me and were very rude: didn't identify themselves and asked "How can I help?". I didn't even know what the call was about until I asked if this was about the property.
They asked for a few details about annual income, etc and said they would contact the current tenant to arrange a viewing when it was convinient for them. A few days later, I called them back asking about the viewing, they said they were still awaiting for a time and date. The next day, they put up on Zoopla that the property was let. We didn't even get the chance of viewing the property and they didn't contact us back saying the property was let by someone else.
Very upsetting and unprofessional approach.
