Used this company for moving home on 8th February. They were really good - punctual, efficient, professional. No breakages. Gave an accurate quote based off a quick WhatsApp video of what we would be moving. Move days are always high stress, and the guys made it a lot easier!

Moving is a stressful experience, but the boys at Giant Removals did everything they can to minimize that. They were polite, on time and handled all my belongings with care.

Would 100% use again and can't recommend them enough.

These guys are incredible! They finished moving us in record time. If there were an Olympic game for home moving, they would easily win gold. They are professional, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We had a lot of non-standard items, but they packaged and delivered everything without any problems. Even when some of our furniture didn't fit, they made an extra trip to our new home without charge. They also professionally removed wardrobe doors, disassembled and reassembled furniture, which I didn't expect.

Their price was also very affordable. They were the best thing about this very stressful process, and I really appreciate their service. Thank you so much, Sam and Jacob!

Sam and Jakob are very professional with the removal job, they arrived on time, provided tv box for my 55 inch tv, used blankets and black tapes to protect my cabinets and electric piano. They always check the furniture before moving it with cares and put on the van with strips. I had a very nice experience with them and definitely gonna introduce them to my friends who need removal.

I used Giant Removals on 10 Aug 2023 to complete a flat move from Kent to Hertfordshire. I have to be honest I was completely dubious of how reasonable the fee quoted was for a flat move with multiple flights of stairs and no lifts at both ends and a 60-70 mile drive in between - especially when another well known "man with van" company that I had used for every house move in the last 10 years and always so reasonable so far doubled their quote on finding out about lack of lifts. Coupled with the complete lack of reviews for Giant that were lower than 5* or were not gushing with compliments. Surely this was a scam !
Alarm bells were ringing and I was dubious at best, but I went with it and paid my deposit. The customer email address is responsive and informative whenever you have a query - there is no hard sell on the quote either, just a simple request to pay a deposit (mine was 1/3 of the quoted fee) to secure the booking.

The two gentlemen arrived on the dot as per the quote, emptied their Luton of sheets, wraps, TV boxes and carry bags and set about the task having reviewed what was to move with minimal help or interference from me.

They systematically went from room to room, removing boxes and/or dismantling stuff before removing it and carefully packing onto the van using every available inch.

They confirmed the route they would be using to the destination and asked for my confirmation I was happy, they then set off and we set off in a car.

They arrived within 5-10m of us, not bad considering they are in a fully laden Luton van and then cracked straight on with unloading and heaving up 3 flights of stairs, sweat pouring off them in 29 degrees of heat. It was no time at all before the van was empty, my new flat was full and they had rebuilt anything they had dismantled (Given the heat, I had said just the sofa was fine, I would deal with the rest, but it seemed once they started they couldn't stop - they rebuilt everything) taking the full experience to 5 full hours.

I paid the balance owed (higher than the quote due to 2 additional hours - this itself is even more reasonably priced). On showing the completed bank transfer screen on my phone they left with a cheery good luck and few quid in their back pockets for a few well earned cold beers.

I genuinely cannot recommend this company high enough, their staff are absolute machines who get the job done as quickly as humanly possible with zero breakages/damages or accidents and are courteous with it, nothing is too much trouble within reason.

Based on my experience, their ridiculously high rating everywhere you look (not just trustpilot) is 100% deserved and very hard earned !

Giant removals were great, arriving early/on time and very efficiently loading the contents of our 2 bed flat in to their van. All belongings safely unloaded into each room at the other end. Would use them again!

Giant moved us back in 2021. We were so pleased we used them again 2 years later. They are fast, efficient, take care of your belongings and are thoroughly decent people. They work hard and are very reasonably priced. Moving is always stressful but Giant take a big burden off your shoulders. And the heavy furniture!

We booked Giant Removals for a 1 bedroom apartment move. They were very efficient, had all the tools required, arrived 8 minutes early and everything was done 30 minutes earlier than we had anticipated. They were extremely polite, and simply got on with the job from the moment they entered the building. We will certainly hire Giant Removals for our next move.

Giant Removals are excellent and highly efficient whilst ensuring that your furniture and other belongings are handled with care, and when you’re moving from a flat on the third floor with no lift, that is definitely no easy feat! thank you Sam and Kuba for making this move so much easier and less stressful, can’t recommend these guys enough !
