I purchased an item listed on Ebay by Ghostbikes, and the name didn't let me down... it was like a ghost, I never saw it.

Ghostbike list items on Ebay, which they don't have, and decided to take me money but no item showed up. After contacting them, they said the 'waiting time' was listed, which it wasn't, and it was on it's way.

Over 2 weeks pass, and Ghostbikes cancelled my item and refunded my money. Magically, this item which was in the post, had magically found its way back to the warehouse and got lost. What an embarrassment. But it's not over yet...

I informed Ebay, which is slowly becoming a joke to buy on, stating they are allowing sellers to list items they don't have, but charge you for, and then they buy it from Temu, etc and charge you what is basically a handling fee, and Ebay are fine with this. Absolute waste of time. Better of buying from Amazon. Anyway, I digress...

Ghostbikes then contact Ebay, alleging that I have been threatening them. Avoid buying items from second-hand sellers such as theses. Complete waste of time and effort. Weeks gone by and I still don't have my item. Absolute joke!

also ich hatte in 2 Jahren,wo ich dieses Ghost Bike gefahren bin 3 Mal einen Rahmenbruch , absolut nicht empfehlenswert...!

Nie wieder ein ghost bike, die verbauten Komponenten sind einfach nur Schrott vorallem die SR kabeln und die Yamaha Motoren machen nur Probleme.
Der Service von denen ist auch eine Katastrophe es wird immer versprochen und nichts eingehalten.

When I try to write feedback to you on your webpage, when I write and i press the Space tab, the page scrolls down all the time. This is terrible. You ask big money for the bikes but you cannot test your webpage. You lost a customer just because of your webpage.

They are the worst bike company I had the misfortune of dealing the guy who runs the customer care has 0 people skills and is a rude individual arrogant individual. I ordered a £339.15 exhaust via ebay from. Them they sent me 5 x key rings not worth a £1 as if sending the exhaust then wanted me to keep this saying they will send the exhaust separately due to delay I returned it as otherwise they could have not returned my money or send me the exhaust then they said they will ship on the 26/06 when I inquired they say a refund has been processed, when I asked to reorder the item this guys say I cannot do it in the same. Price as I complained about their service to the manufacturer Scorpion what a petty man with a pee size brain how childish so called head of customer care I rest my case. Shame shame shame

Don't waste your time or your money here.

We have shopped in store at Ghost Bikes on numerous occasions now and each time we have had brilliant experiences with the staff members. There is a great relaxed feel to the whole shop and staff are always very keen to help but they don't hover.
We have been able to find what we wanted on every occasion and today was no exception.

Bin eigentlich großer Ghost Fanboy. Habe 3 neue Räder in den letzten 4 Jahren gekauft. Grund ist, Made in Waldsassen. Jetzt die Entscheidung nach Ungarn und Türkei zu gehen hat mich sehr geschockt. In Deutschland produzierte Räder haben große Tradition. Schade

Great product (Black) Helmet, have owned one for about 2 years now, but noticed the replacment visors were getting hard to find on line,
Called ghost bikes today and Ross went out of his way to find one for me in shop, was given a great deal and was so happy that I called up to enquire.
Will definately shop at Ghost again, staff seem always happy to help if they can. thanks again Ross.

3800 Euro sind nicht wenig Geld für ein Fahrrad. Ich hätte dementsprechend auch Service erwartet. Der war allerdings unterirdisch! Das Fahrrad war von Anfang an Defekt unter anderem auch deswegen, weil es schlecht zusammengebaut war. Es hat mich Monate gekostet, bis schließlich der Händler auf Druck meines Anwalts das Fahrrad repariert hat! Ghost war niemals zu erreichen, sie haben sich nie entschuldigt und mir keinerlei Hilfe angeboten. Auch der Online Account ist unterirdisch, ständig konnte ich mich nicht einloggen und die Funktionen sind mangelhaft. Kauft euch bloß nie ein Fahrrad von Ghost, es gibt so viel bessere!

Hola, me compre una bicicleta ghost en navidad del 2019. Me ha funcionado bien hasta Mayo de 2023. Me apareció una grieta en el cuadro en esa fecha y fuí al distribuidor donde la compré por que la garantía me lo cubría. Me enviaron un cuadro nuevo...y sorpresa, ese cuadro no me servía absolutamente para nada; no se le podía montar ningún elemento de mi bicicleta, suspensión, ruedas, pedalier, tija, etc. Para poder utilizar el cuadro que me envió Ghost tenía que soportar un coste igual al de la bici nueva. Como es posible que ghost no tenga repuesto de una bicicleta con tres años y medio. Tampoco el distribuidor colaboró mucho. En este tipo de cosas es donde se notan las grandes marcas. He quedado muy decepcionado por la solución, que según ghost me ha dado y creo que no compraré ni recomendaré nunca mas esta marca...

Für ein Fahrrad von über 3000 .- Euro nicht mal ein Diebstahlschloss !
In den Rahmen wurde die Batterie mit einem Schloss eingebaut der billigsten Bauart aus China (Schrott)!!!
Der Gepäckträger ist so gebaut das man nicht einmal ein Handtuch festmachen kann!!!
