My goods arrived earlier than expected and by one very careful and polite driver. I would definitely use this company again

ORDER TOOK FOREVER SO WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO SUPPLIED BEFORE THIS ONE TURNED UP! PRODUCT FINE BUT 13 DAYS DELIVERY TIME WAS RUBBISH!

Can't say anything bad about G-Force Direct. They took my order, upgraded it to the larger size at no extra cost and delivered it on time and with a smile.

The product is first class and the communication clear and precise. I couldn't find anything wrong with product or service. Its a five star service from a company that does what it says

We are very pleased with the lidded tanks (to be used as water butts). However the two tanks were stacked one inside the other and were consequently a complete pain to separate. (At one point we thought we would need to cut one into pieces).
Also a pre-delivery notification would also have been helpful.

I am very happy with the product what i wanted only complain is i was told delivery will be in ten days but delivery was late i wanted it latest by 27 Sep but i did hot get it till 28 SEP

It was a game of two halves. I was promised the tub and it didn’t turn up then they went out of their way to get it there and it did.
It was my fault it was the wrong size and when I asked to return it it was nearly 50 percent of the cost so it’s left a bit of a bad taste. I really want another larger tub but will look elsewhere before I possibly buy from here.

Wrong item received. Order placed 19/06/23 and still waiting for correct item as of 24/07/23

Orders placed on May 07th in the evening and the bikes were duly delivered on May 12th.
The bikes are exactly as discribed on G-Force internet site.

We placed the order for some metal cabinets at the end of April. We received prompt notification confirming the order. After 2 weeks I chased the order and was informed they are made to order, take 7-10 days to manufacture and will most likely be sent next week. I called the following week and was told it was passed to the courier. Then another communication stated they hadn't even got the raw materials in to make it. In the end my manager asked me to cancel the order. It's a real shame, if it was just communicated the true lead times it would of given us a better idea of the timescales and we could plan occordingly. Shame

Good communication and efficient systems, the personal touch when required too. First time purchase so would recommend on the strength of it.

Bought the largest size (455l) Recycled Black Mobile tank with 4 wheels + all-plastic base, lid & handle as extras, as I wanted a leakproof one-piece tub to store 3-seater garden swing cushion + pillow + other sunbathing mats.

Has worked perfectly - the drop-on lid has a good overhang & the moulded plastic tub (it's like a big bathtub) has remained bone dry despite some heavy rain. The tub capacity is enormous - even with all those items in, it still has space for more. You do need an Allen key (not supplied) to attach the handle, which I managed to do on my own but is a 2-person job if you have kids around & want to avoid them hearing "language"! You have to align the handle & holes with one hand outside tub, whilst also manipulating key, screw & washer on the inside with the other.

Am a 70-something female with history of back trouble, but even I was able to wheel the tub around (incl up & down steps & over rough ground) by myself.

Ordering was easy & customer service brilliant (an actual human being, Lauren, picked up the phone, answered all my questions, took me through invoicing + payment, then dealt with aftersales too as I wanted an additional lid for a different box).

Delivery was speedy (4-5 days iirc) & good via one of the better companies (helpful driver).

The only criticism I have is that the website is slow & clunky - the 'search facility' needs improving too - but is worth sticking with as I found the product & customer service both unbeatable (I'd spent numerous hours looking around at others). Highly recommended.

Btw I was only "invited" to do this review in the sense that I was so pleased with the purchase that I wanted to do a 5* review, so asked G-Force Europe where they'd prefer it to be placed. They then sent me a link to Trustpilot. I have no connection with the company other than as a very happy customer.
