I've been charged 2 different payments for what ? I don't know first one on 13th February for $82.82, the 2nd one was charged to my card again for $82.68 on 14th of February
Correction just looked into my bank account found out I've been charged 4 times with 4 different cost all in the same month and attempt to take a 5th payment out the bank was able to stop it before it was taken out

I was shown a checkout screen advertising a $0.10 charge to unlock a result. After entering my card, I was later charged $49.80 via an automatic subscription that was not clearly disclosed at checkout.
When I contacted support, I was only offered a 50% refund and was unable to reach a human agent. The company refused a full refund despite clear price mismatch.
The business operates overseas, has no legitimate Google business listing, and many reviews describe the same billing pattern. This feels like misleading pricing and negative-option billing.
I would not recommend this service.

They keep charging my acct and I didn’t authorize nothing this is a scam

This is a scam they charged my account in less than 24 hours I didn't authorize it you really cant contact them so if my money not back in my account im calling the Attorney General and report them theu daid they wet honna refund me partial payment I want all of my money I did the locate my phone on December 28 2025 and they charged me December 29 2025 talking about i didn't cancel after one day trial its a rip off

A scam, like the previous reviews! what is the solution to this?

I signed up to track down a buddy of mine about a week ago and keep getting charged and I go to sign in so I can cancel the membership and the system cant find my email address. Im trying to get all the money back that was unlawfully taken from my account and just wanted to put out there this site is a scam and dont trust it.

SCAM!!! Changed me .38 which I authorized and then they charged me $49 immediately afterward. No way to get in contact with them. I never signed up for a trial and there is no way to unsubscribe! What a nightmare

paid the initial one time 38c and then the next day got charged $77

It's a 100% scam. They offered to locate the phone for 38 cents. You give them your credit card number for the 38 cents. There's nothing about a subscription listed. There's no offers of one. But soon as you pay your 38 cents you get an email saying you're enrolled. Doesn't say what's your enrolled. As soon as the 38 cents clears your account they immediately nail you for 48 bucks. And then if you contact them and try to cancel whatever it is they signed you up for, they send you to some other company they say you have to go through to cancel the service. It's a company of a complete different name and I stopped right there because I was certain that soon as you clicked something to cancel the service at the other side you would be enrolling something else. And the worst part, they can't locate any phone. They send a text message to the phone asking if someone would respond and disclose their location.

This company is a scam. They lure you in with a small trial membership for $.38 which supposedly lasts a day but then immediately charge you a full fee of $49.80 even though you cancelled within the day. They have a bunch of 'front' companies to run interference so you can't actually reach anyone. They will not give you your money back. I should have checked on Trustpilot first as there seem to be many others with the same experience

I lost my phone and try to locate the device. Signed up and they just took money and no services. Do not get scammed.
