I like the "get to the point"…
I like the "get to the point" immediately. I hate those advertisements that say, "this will only take 5 minutes" than an hour later they're still talking. By that time I've lost all interest.

I’m using the mask for the third time…
I’m using the mask for the third time as I’m writing this. Followed all the instructions Again… Only feel something around the eyes nothing around the rest of the face even on the highest setting. Can’t imagine this works very well.

The product DOES NOT WORK
The product DOES NOT WORK. Company promises a 30-day money back guarantee, which they do not honor! I have tried to return the product for 2 months now, and have been told that they will 'hold back' $15 for the shipping. The product does not work at all -- I am familiar with EMS, and this does NOTHING!! Absolutely horrible product and customer service.
