Stay away from this company ,I cancelled my subscription in January 2022 and in June months later they took out £15 from my bank without my consent ,they said they would refund it but never did,then on 27th September months later again they tried to take another £15 and again today 28th September tried again to take £15,reached out to there useless and cheeky support team who are totally useless at not wanting to resolve this,I've sent about a dozen email / used there Web page live chat support Anthony who was a bit cheeky and extremely unhelpfull asking him to stop charging my bank account for a subscription that I ended 10 months ago, and refund the £15 that they took in June,it should never be this hard 😡
This company definintely deliver on what they promise. Sure, everyone has problems with Netflix, but they always manage to find a workaround.
If you advise of a problem, they always come back to you and have an explanation to resolve it.

Their service used to be excellent and stable. Now however their are not in the front line and services like Netflix are ahead of them and thus able to block them with ease. If you are thinking about trying this service do not fall for their long term packages eventhough you may have had a stable experience. It will eventually fail and your money will be wasted.
