Great moving team. On time. Friendly. Hard-working. Careful. Flexible at the last minute when the weather messed with the original plan.

I can’t say enough good things about Earnest and Tom! Despite being short-staffed (the third person didn’t show up), they handled my move with professionalism, efficiency, and an amazing attitude. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything was packed, transported, and unloaded safely and on time.

Both Earnest and Tom went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, even with the added workload. Their attention to detail, care for my belongings, and clear communication made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend these guys!

First of all, the guys that came to load my truck get FIVE STARS. They were incredible! Friendly, on time, hard working, and very good at packing a four bedroom house into a 26’ truck for a 14 hr drive. I didn’t have to triage anything to be driven up later.

This is my first review after using Bellhops three times. I’m rating Bellhops overall at a four star rating due to a consistent issue I’ve noticed since first using this company back in 2019. The first time using Bellhops we asked for two people to move our apartment around the corner of the same building, from a 1bed to a 2bed. One person showed up. In 2020, we thought it out and requested three people to load a box truck, and two people showed to assist with the loading. In 2024, I had a 4 bedroom house packed into PODS that needed to be loaded into a box truck. I requested four people, and three showed up. Three separate years, three separate moves, and consistently missing one person means a four star review. But game the system, order one more than you think you’ll need, and you’ll either have extra hands or just the right amount of people. I will use Bellhops again

I had an 8am appt. Driver showed at 8:10. No movers showed up. I had to wait and hour and a half to be told that no team would be arriving. Apparently no dedicated moving team. If I could rate a 0 I would. Horribly disappointed.

Horrible experience!!!! Nothing was wrapped as promised! Every single item (being very SERIOUS) that they loaded was damaged/broken/scratched etc. They told me that they would place covers/blankets and wrap my items but they didn't wrap ANYTHING!!! Also, all of them were late and nobody knew for about an hour where the truck driver was?! Telling me I had to call their office and either request if the driver will show or reschedule my move. Very unprofessional given the fact that they confirmed with me the night before via text that they would all be at my location at 8AM, they didn't show up until 9-9:30AM. Once they reach my new destination they were supposed to unload at 2PM the driver was there sleeping in his truck and talking on the phone while we were waiting the rest of the crew. Called me at 2.15PM to tell me they were 15mins away....ANOTHER LIE!!! They didn't show up until 3.30PM and when they opened the truck all my items were DAMAGED as mentioned earlier. Had to take pics of everything and file a claim! Lily with their claim team tried to offer me $264 to replace my entire bedroom (bed/armoire/tv chest)as well as my marble table and kitchen table..ALL of them DAMAGED!! Not sure what the $264 would cover??? Very INSULTING!!! The "Manager" JACK increased the amount to $400 and it was either take it or leave it offer and he did mention that he's the only one and nobody else above him to rectify my issue since his boss what on maternity leave and he was making the calls, his words where "our intent isn't to replace your items but to just provide a credit". To replace all my items would be $8K so the $400 doesn't buy me a bed or half of my stuff they damaged. I asked them to take the bed and damaged items with them since I wouldn't be able to use and the truck driver refused to do so since he had another job and he had nothing to do with those items, not wanting them on his truck.....NOW I have to find another company to dispose those items since they don't fit in my car to move them from my house that they left here, even though their rep. Michael Hilado said they would take them with them since they broke them!!! STAY AWAY!!! WORST COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR STUFF!!!

This is an edit to a review I originally wrote Sunday. When I arrived at my destination and went to unload my truck there were many damaged it scratched items due to how poorly the items were loaded. We specifically asked questions while the 3 men were loading about our concerns and we were told not to worry they had successfully loaded over "600" trucks and knew what they were doing. My TV was loaded face down instead of upright, my large mirror was laid on top of a bunch of items at an angle instead of straight up and down, same with other glas items that were in boxes clearly marked as TV, etc and labeled "UP" with an arrow to avoid this mess. I have not unpacked everything yet, so there is a good chance there are more damages. Bellhop contracts out apparently, so basically the work is not covered unless I had bought extra insurance. Save the headache and your belongings by going to another company.

What made my experience great was the little people, aka the workers! They came in and moved me professionally and went the extra mile fur me. It’s the little things they did like hooking up the washing machine even though I left the hoses at home. They were thoughtful & attentive to my needs. And I appreciated them. I could tell they moved people before because their techniques of how to move the furniture was excellent as well as their mannerism.

The movers were great.
I understand the minimum of 2 hours and I did received a small discount for being a repeat customer. However, it didn’t even take a 1/2 hour to move 1 piece of furniture and I thought the cost was exorbitant. I am 65 and just needed help loading the piece into the rental cargo van. My last experience was the same on the time spent moving and the expense. The movers were great, but the cost will definitely be a factor on our next moving need.

Ryan and his team were amazing. They were respectful of my home and handled the move diligently. They listened to my request to handle a certain piece of furniture especially carefully. I was extremely pleased with my team and would hire them again.

I’ve used Bellhop at least 6 times. This time was not good. One person did not show up. For an hour did not know if anyone was going to show up. The 2 who showed did a good job but I had to do a lot to help them.

The guys were fast and courteous. However, my refrigerator handles and slate floors in my kitchen were scratched. Otherwise no complaints

The move was threatened to be canceled the night before the reserved date!!

Jay, Mohammed, and Angel were very punctual and very helpful. Awesome service. Would definitely use again
