Overall, we had a positive experience with the movers we worked with in our recent move. Everyone was punctual, friendly and very helpful! The only issue we experience was some minor damages to some of our smaller pieces of furniture, likely from it being packed in the truck. I would use more protective coverings on more of our furniture in a future move to help prevent some of this.

The movers never showed up and no solution was ever offered. I waited for 4 hours for any kind of update and had to continuously call back because the company was ghosting me. I still haven’t received any kind of explanation, just a half-hearted “apology” for wasting my time and money. Would never recommend them to anyone. I understand that things happen and that maybe something happened and the movers couldn’t make it but the fact that the company didn’t communicate any information to me or offer any help when they obviously made a booking mistake is unacceptable.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Do not EVER use this moving company under any circumstances. They took over 11 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 5 minutes down the road. The movers damaged my desk, broke a lamp and lost a large art piece of mine. I have damages around $1.5k and the movers did not let me know of the items they damaged I had to find on my own. Then when I tried to file a claim with this business they took MULTIPLE follow ups before they finally offered me a $100 reimbursement. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They are terrible to get in contact with, terrible to move your stuff and terrible at trying to reimburse a customer that they have wronged. Use any other movers, they do not have adequate movers or care about the customers they have. They will damage or lose your furniture then not help you at all after. This is by far the worst business I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use BellHop Movers.

Had a little bit of a struggle with scheduling on the date I originally booked due to a vehicle being unavailable and had to reschedule. Thankfully my move coordinator, Blue, was really helpful and determined to get everything in order for me. Had no issues on the rescheduled day and my movers were super efficient, very responsive and friendly! Overall I was a bit worried by the scheduling problem but it all worked out very well in the end.

I would highly recommend bellhop. I moved within a high rise building without air conditioning. The guys were very professional and careful. They were also very quick!

They made moving so easy.

My team was excellent Chris,Connor and Brandon handled me with care. And they were fast and efficient. Dennis in sales was phenomenal very helpful and always kept communicating with me up to my actual move. Will and already recommended to others.
