I have been using Bellhop to schedule moving services for 5 years now, with the most recent move including a last minute movers request, and Bellhop came through in a timely manner to help me out, which minimized my stress during a very stressful time. Thank you, Bellhop, for being reliable, professional, transparent and affordable!

Movers were experienced. Used care when moving my furniture. I appreciated how kind and courteous they were.

Bellhop is a disingenuous broker. I scheduled with Bellhop before a move and was surprised at how much they were charging. I thought they were top-notch, but I was wrong and horribly let down and disappointed. We had an emergency and attempted to reschedule over 48 hours ahead of our move. Their AI BOT was not helpful. Bellhop canceled the service and charged fees equal to the amount nearly equal to the original move quote. Simply shady and outrageous, they said I could apply their ridiculous fees to a reschedule. When rescheduling again, we were told that was not an option. No, thank you, never again. Trust me; you do not need Bellhop to find quality movers, save yourself the aggravation, or at least seek a reputable broker.

Two helpers came and they did a fantastic job! They came on time with a huge truck, wrapped my furnitures safe while moving and got the job done in time. I highly recommend them.

The young men who did the work were fantastic. They had great attitudes, were careful with packing items in the truck, were fast and courteous. The back office operations were poor. There were problems making the order online, so I had to call. That was overly complicated. Then they send you a QR code for your job…it didn’t scan properly. There was confusion as to whether the job was a “load only” or “full service” (includes unloading at new location). This was all conveyed during the order process, but the back office people tried to increase our rate in the middle of the job. Spent a half hour in the middle of the job trying to straighten out over the phone. Summary: workers provided were great, company is suspect.

The movers were awesome! They were very careful with the furniture and were very experienced. They completed the job within an hour. We are very happy with Bellhop!

The day of was so smooth and flawless! My lead showed up a few minutes early to game plan how to best pack the truck, and everyone moved so efficiently! We actually completed everything far in advance of the minimum hours. I’ve already been recommending to friends to plan their upcoming moves!

I looovveeeeeed the communication from the start of when I booked to when the movers left! We had snow the weekend that I moved and it was very cold out and the guys still did an awesome job and were very fast! Definitely would recommend!

The 3 young men that showed up was a great help. They where very kind and polite. I was skeptical as little as they seemed. You know what they say, don't judge a book by its cover.These young men picked the tredmill up like it was a 2x4!
Now the person that set this up on the phone with me needs some help & training. She spoke way , way, way to fast and I could not understand what she was saying. she made that part of my experience not fun and uncomfortable!
I will be calling again and I will be letting everyone I know that needs items moved, to give you guys a call.
They just need to hang on until the movers show up, that part is great!

The crews is very polite, work very hard to help us move from my old to new place. They took care all our items in an expertly manner.
