Love my airmoto tire inflator! Very handy and easy to use. I had a question about the charging process. I reached out to their Customer Service. They responded quickly and answered my question. Great Customer Service! Recommend the Company and their Airmoto Tire Inflator!

I called asking for repair support, There isn't a repair center, my unit is still in warranty, so they are shipping me a replacement, WOW! Just WOW!!! I received my confirmation email the next business day.

The products we ordered came quickly (before Christmas) and were received with positive interest. AT a later date I had a question about the VIP program and emails were timely and much appreciate. Customer care gets five stars!

had a glitch with my purchase. emailed them about it- quickly and helpfully we tried some fix it options. i prefer to try to fix before jumping to return/refund.

sadly the attempt to fix failed and before i could say thank you, i got an email for a replacement. very happy with customer service agent Lara

My issue was taken care of right away. No hassle at all.

I was having an issue with my airmoto and the support team was quick to reply to me and quickly resolved the issue.

I had called the company to discuss an issue with a charge I received for a VIP service which I did not sign up for, but to no avail. I sent an email and Lyn responded. She was prompt, professional, took my concerns into consideration and followed through with a solution immediately. She was courteous and friendly as well.

We did not receive our order. I was sick thinking I had been scammed. I found their Customer Service e-mail and sent in my situation. Less than 24 hours later I had a response, the order was placed again and a very thoughtful email explaining they would resend the order. No hassle. Whew! I call that Customer Service.

The product works, but not fully as advertised!

In seconds? Not really minutes. It took about 3 minutes to inflate from 33psi to 39psi.

Battery Capacity? Good be better. I inflated 4 tires from 33psi to 39psi and had to recharge. Seems impossible to inflate one tire from 0 to 39psi without recharging!
