Excellent service and excellent quality..

splashback is beautiful and came very well packed.Only criticism was 3 week wait for delivery

-nimbus grey glass and acrylic splashbacks combination. Colour is perfect and items are well packaged. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took 4 weeks before I received the items. However Sarah Childs (advisor) is very helpful and quick on replying with my emails.

Shipping works out too much and vat added after so a bit of a shock when you get to payment screen looking at the overall cost . Decided to look elsewhere but sample looked nice

Really pleased with the product. Could be a little more prompt in replying to emails or returning calls, but overall very helpful and friendly.
Second delivery was sadly cut wrongly but was replaced without any fuss as soon as the error was pointed out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or their products.
Fair on price, and glass and acrylic panels were extremely well packed for delivery

Bit of confusion over delivery time on website but the Splashbacks were perfect and were very pleased with the way they look thanks again.

Good quality and were excellent with the delivery time

Quick delivery - about 2 weeks, packed so well for transit it took me nearly an hour to unpack the panels (that's a good thing!).

However, TNT's tracking is poor. Showed 'Collecting' up to the morning of delivery, then went 'unavailable' , then straight to 'Delivering'. No projected delivery time...other delivery companies can do it, why not TNT?

The panels are the agreed colour, and size looks perfect.

Would definitely use Genie again.

Easy to use site and delivery of samples was quick. Problem now is what colour to pick for the finished job.

Measure very, very carefully and you will then receive exactly what you have requested.
Easy to follow website.
Bit pricey maybe but you gets what you pays for.

Let down by TNT delivery, nothing to do with Genie though.

Looks lovely, would have given 5 stars, but when ordered online got a confirmation email, and that's all, phoned them 2 weeks later to ask when should I be expecting the acrylic and they said it would be another couple of weeks, when I ordered the acrylic, just a short email saying how long it should take would have been nice.
