When it came to creating my fiance's ring Maggie was fantastic. They were great in communication with me via email and if I needed more visuals or if I had questions on the gems they responded with videos and pictures to help me visualize the ring. They even put it on their hand so we could see how the ring looks on different skin tones. Overall, I enjoy their company and products and can't wait to get my wedding band made by them.

I saw two rings I loved on the website but weren't sold separately or together so I emailed the customer service and Maggie made me a custom CAD image of my ring. Once my ring was done she sent me a photo of the ring to make sure I was completely satisfied before it was mailed over. It came quite quickly as well. It came in a beautiful box. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. My ring is beautiful and I am obsessed with it.

I saw 2 designs I liked elements of on the website, so I emailed to see if we could make something custom and she jumped right in, and I had the CAD design within 2 days of reaching out! It was exactly what I wanted and the price was better than anything premade I had previously looked at. For CUSTOM work?? Yes! The communication was great at each step of the process. The site said 6-8weeks turn time, but she was done and had it shipped in 30 days. I'm wearing my beautiful ring as I type this review, and I could not be happier. I wish I could add a photo to this post so I could show off her talent. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
