Love this shop!
They stock good quality interesting clothes which they love to share.
Have shopped here intermittently for a long time.. the lovely ladies are really helpful.
As a lady “over 60” and not the neatest figure, they are never judgemental, one clothes shop I feel welcomed into.
Can’t find something your size …. they will hunt it down (if it is available) ….. Something for a special occasion they will make suggestions and help you chose … Just browsing they are happy to let you …. but beware they just might suggest you try something on that they pick out for you ….. and you may just fall in love!

Lovely shop, friendly and helpful team. Claire is very knowledgable and looks after both her staff and customers with real care and friendliness. Unfortunately, being a small size means that a lot of the ranges are too big for me. However, when Robell choose to manufacture Rose 09s in size 6, I will buy when available. I have also discovered the XS Inwear T-shirt which is oversized but such lovely fabric and so comfortable to wear.

I order on line I like a lot of the brands sold by Gemini. I would buy a lot more if there was a more cost effective way to return items. I am between sizes and find the cost of returning items by Royal Mail expensive so I am more selective about what I order other companies seem to use more cost effective carriers.

Awful experience, parcel delivered but to wrong place , and as they are a small company they are refusing to refund or replace! But it's OK for me to be out of pocket..also took 5 days to reply to my emails and calls...

Wonderful customer service experience, needed some guidance on styling and sizes and they were so helpful. The dress arrived next day, packaged beautifully.

I ordered an item described as a Jacket and which looked like a jacket on the website. What arrived was simply a shirt so I returned it. I had to pay the cost of the return delivery and I was not reimbursed for the delivery cost to me either. In total £12.95 out of pocket plus the time wasted on an item that was not as described. This is not how online retailing is supposed to be conducted.

I recently purchased a button up linen jacket from the company. I had to return the jacket as the fabric was very flimsy and poor quality for the price. The company have refunded me quickly however.

Great company to deal with: staff friendly and responsive, prompt with deliveries, refunds and exchanges. Been a customer for several years and there’s never been any wavering from high standard of service. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased online from Gemini for a number of years, it is completely unstuffy and I have always found the online service excellent and the staff most helpful.

This website offers a quick delivery and amazingly quick refunds. As a customer, the latter is really important so, even thought I have had to return several items because the style did not suit, I know I will receive my refund very promptly.
There is a wide range of clothing and I would prefer more/better photos; however, this no-quibble refund process and speedy, efficient delivery means that I will use them regularly. I have not had to contact the company, as all of my transactions have been smooth and trouble free, so I cannot comment on that aspect of customer service.
I have visited the shop in Stratford Upon Avon (and plan to do so again on my next visit to S.U.P.) and find it rather crowded, with staff who seem to have “friends” in the shop, hence as an irregular face to face customer, this could be a little daunting - but I am too old and wily a shopper to be put off by staff exclusivity! I will browse at my own convenience. Despite this, one o f the best online clothing sites, well done, Gemini.
