From identifying the product we wanted online, the process to order, add any additional work and delivery date agreed was seamless. Kept informed at every step and all dates/actions were completed as needed.

Washing machine bought and installed within 6 hours. Let down by high street retailer. Phoned G Graggs washing machine delivered and installed within the same day. Great quality of service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark and Andy put the washing machine in a difficult place without any grumbling. Even though Mark cheekily asked for biscuits with his coffee. Sorry Mark at only having bourbons.

Slight miscommunication..
Bought washing machine through their website. Easy to do.
Chose delivery day, got a phone call soon after to confirm they had received my order.
Had a slight problem with delivery as I had chosen Weds, and was asked if I wouldn't mind it being Thursday as they don't deliver in my area on Weds.....I said OK not a problem....The washing machine arrived Weds......luckily we we're in......obviously a miscommunication on their part.....I would still recommend them......
