I run a small macaron business and had Mike Wilson reach out. They were so SO helpful in assisting me with the boxes measurements, design,etc. This was my first time looking into custom boxes and they made the process super quick and easy and even responded to me in less than 24 hours!

TERRIBLE quality and super late delivery with tons of excuses and unkept promises. This was the worst print job we have ever received. They do their printing in Pakistan, which is why they offer low prices. They try to make you think that they print in USA, but when we pressed them, they admitted that they print in Pakistan. We're not saying that there is anything wrong with printing in Pakistan (we usually print in China), but their quality was absolutely terrible. I would attach pictures here if Trustpilot allowed it to show you how bad it was.

They admitted that the quality was terrible on the boxes we received, so they offered to print 100 samples at their expense to show us that they could print the job properly. They said that if the quality was still unacceptable that they would refund our money. The samples we got were better, but they were still not good enough for a retail product, and, as you can imagine, they never refunded us. They simply disappeared when we asked for our money back.

The original order was really late, and they kept making excuses. They kept dragging their feet on the original delivery till it was too late to file a chargeback. Then it took them forever to print the 100 samples. Bottom line, in our opinion, this company cannot be trusted to print quality boxes nor to deliver on time, much less in terms of getting a refund if they deliver unacceptable product. Order from them at your own risk.

I usually don't leave reviews and I waited to leave this on until after my second order with Gator. Great support, good prices, quick turn around. My new go to for packaging needs.

I've ordered several different styles and sizes of custom-printed boxes now and I am very pleased with the quality of the boxes, the ease of working with Gator Packaging on getting the design just right, and the turnaround time. Great product, great service, great prices. Very competitive with their pricing.

I was looking for a specific product and was unable to figure out dimensions and specifications. As I was navigating the website an instant message pop up offering assistance. An extremely helpful employee, named Marvin was super courteous and helpful. He offered alternatives and promptly answered all of my questions.

Marvin is awesome! I shopped around when I needed a custom tuck box printed, and he was the first person to get back to me, and remained very responsive and helpful through the entire process. It's funny because he got my design to print in the same time it has taken all the other places I contacted to even get back to me. I highly recommend!

I'm looking at creating a custom game box for the first time and he was super friendly and helpful in asking what I was looking for and explaining how the different treatments would work and why. He quickly followed up with me and provided fast and appropriate answers. Great experience in working with Gator Packaging for the first time.
