We were looking to renew our buildings insurance and our current provider had given us a ridiculously high quote. A neighbour shared Gateway's details with me to get a competitive quote. Gateway's service was first class. Jordan (our broker) was very efficient and customer oriented responding within 24 hours of me first getting in touch with a quote which saved us a considerable amount of money compared to our old insurance broker. All the paperwork and follow up was extremely well handled, efficient and courteous. I rate Gateway as 5 star for their outstanding service and value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Extremely disappointed with Gateway Property Management.

I’ve been trying to resolve a dispute regarding excessive additional charges and have repeatedly requested that the matter be dealt with through their formal complaints procedure.

Despite escalating my complaint, I’ve still not received a satisfactory resolution. Instead of properly addressing my concerns, Gateway has now sent me a Letter Before Action threatening legal proceedings.

I’ve made it clear that I’m willing to pay legitimate service charges. All I’ve asked for is a proper explanation and justification for the additional fees.

All interactions with Gateway have been great so far. I have found the team to be polite, knowledgeable and they have gone above and beyond to help.

A special thanks to Mark Kleister who has been especially helpful while assisting me with a rental property.
