Boiler/heating/gas fire yearly service. Excellent job, arrived on time, friendly service engineer. I trust Gas-Fix to always do a great job.

Craig assessed the work needed quickly and got on and completed it within an hour. He is also sourcing a new thermostat. We have hot water now!

Engineer arrived on time and fitted the valves and the new radiator efficiently and cleanly. System tested before leaving.

The service engineer arrived at the stated time for the appointment. He worked methodically to service the boiler and gas fire and was very informative about all aspects of the work when asked. The work was carried out efficiently and all areas were thoroughly protected with matting to ensure no problem with respect to carpets and surroundings. A thoroughly professional service.

Customer service was as always fantastic, I called to get booked in and they found a cancelled slot, reminders were sent to remind me when it was coming up to my booking so I didn't forget and even a text message to say when they were almost at the property to do the service. Craig was great, friendly, efficient and let me know if I had any problems to contact them, this was followed up by a message two days after to check everything was OK.

After discovering a leaking central heating system GasFix, at short notice, rearranged their jobs and sent Ian and Darryl out quickly to repair the leak which involved replacing a section of piping and capping unused gas pipes (which were complicating the area of the leak) They completed the repair, refilled the central heating system, removed air in the system and cleaned up, all without us being present to make cuppas etc. A great job. Well done. Many Thanks.

We’ve used gas-fix for our servicing and repairs to date, but decided to change our aging system boiler to a modern combination boiler. Ian came round to give us advice and a quote which we were happy to proceed with. The installation was carried out by Adam and Gary who were prompt, polite and efficient. They left everything clean and tidy after finishing. We are very pleased with Gas-Fix and will continue to use them in the future.
