I am always wary of making an order on a shopping site that I haven’t used before but having read the reviews from customers & making an informed choice, I decided I would give it a try & was so glad I did, making my order was very easy, my garden pot was delivered in a couple of days, also the delivery was free.
Thank you very much & I would have no hesitation in placing another order in the future.

I am so disappointed with this company. I have emailed this company as I have not received an email acknowledgement for my order and when I have used their 'contact us' on their website I am being ignored. Do I have an order, do I not, I don't know! Communication is terrible!
I have now received my order, still no communication, but thankful it has arrived. Customer service could be better.

This website is terrible. I ordered a shed which was due to arrive last Thursday, they have a time for arrival it did not show up. When I went on the tracking they refused it no where near the location or my house. When I called today the women was rude and told me that someone at my house refused the order, when no one came, she also mentioned how the tracking would show this, yet this is also not true! The tracking shows the same message it did on the Thursday. Terrible website. Rude customer service.

Don’t order from this company, I ordered 2 topiary balls, they arrived they were cheap nasty and then the Garden Store Direct wanted me to pay £12 to return them. They eventually came down to £6 return postage! I advise order from Amazon you at least won’t have to pay to return your useless goods

Product delivered on time and in good condition. The lady on reception was very helpful and courteous on a couple of occasions when I telephoned the company.

I bought 6 x 8 GARDEN SHED PLASTIC GREY / BROWN PALRAM CANOPIA SKYLIGHT ALUMINIUM FRAME, the shed arrived within a few days as promised and initially when we opened it we thought omg it is so flimsy, but believe me when its all built it is very strong and stable, definitely have as many pairs of hands available as British weather doesn't provide calm dry days very often. Would highly recommend Garden store direct. Thank you

Ordered Keter Manor 6x4 shed on the Monday and it turned up on my doorstep on the Wednesday, Took 3 hours to build no problems no missing parts no damage ... tracked it all the way and it was spot on time , excellent service and excellent price ,highly recommend this store. 👍 I'm a very happy customer !

In June we bought a Calais Corner Aluminium Dining Set and want to say it is excellent. Great value for money. We had previously returned a B&Q set because quality wasn't good enough so trust we know the difference in build and material specification. The team very helpful and responsive. One small issue with a fixing replaced and resolved quickly. Can't ask for more.

Found this company when looking to buy a garden swing seat,
I’m very weary when buying on line but was not disappointed.

Received a message from delivery company Friday morning, garden swing delivered Friday afternoon 1 pm,
Couldn’t believe 48 hours after placing my order the swing seat was assembled and in the garden ,

I looked for a good quality sofa set for a long time. I needed something big, of light weight and durability was a big factor to avoid waste.
Wood furniture requires a lot of maintenance and is heavy. Rattan is mostly made of plastic and seems to go out of fashion at the moment.
Hence why I had my eyes on aluminium furniture mostly. Been comparing the quality of some B&Q, Homebase, B&S, even more expensive brands. The problem was that this size in a price range up to 1k is just of bad quality. Uneven back rests, wobbly, material usage minimised as much as possible to lower production costs, bad stitching on cushions, rather unflattering colours, elements that will need to be replaced after a season or two. I realised that if I wanted something good, I'd have to spend about 2-4k. I ordered this one crossing my fingers it will at least be good enough to last 2-3 seasons and then if it falls apart, I can at least recycle the aluminium.
I was very pleasantly surprised when it got delivered. The quality doesn't even compare to the brands I mentioned above. All elements are fitting perfectly, bolt inserts are installed where you need to screw parts together, back rests are wired with thick and strong wire, wood composite instead of real wood, as it's very durable and doesn't require maintenance, all cushions are with zips and can be removed for washing, the middle cushions are stitched together to ensure they don't slide apart. Something you won't see on the pictures is that the frame under cushions is also made of thick aluminium support (great surprise for me). The manufacturer could have saved money and use something cheaper, but the overall quality translated even into the parts you cannot see until it's delivered.
The pictures show colours and quality very well, I would say that it all looks even better in real life. Definitely recommend.

I am super impressed with this company. I was a little apprehensive as some reviews are negative. I cannot fault the product or service I have received in any way. We ordered our Pascal 4 seater set, on a bank holiday weekend. We didn't get a confirmation email until the Tuesday which was fine. We got a call the day before delivery, we then got another call an hour before delivery. The set was delivered by a really helpful guy, who was very kind. I unpacked the set myself ( I do not do DIY at all ) myself and my 9 year old put it together it was so easy and quick. We are really happy with our set. Great value for money! It will last so well as the structure is aluminium with a wood effect finish which looks great. I personally find that wood wears after 1 to 2 years so this will have a much longer life than a wooden set. The cushions are super comfortable too. Thank you.

the whole process went smoothly except that i have already booked the delivery on a friday but got an email on the wednesday to say it is out for delivery and i couldn't change it so i cancelled the pre arranged outing and stayed in to receive the item
Usually we complain if the delivery is late but in this instance it was super fast
all in all Garden Store Direct is excellent to deal with

Had a few concerns at first, i didn’t get an order confirmation, rang through they sent it to me straight away. Massive relief, it literally came 2 days after I ordered the items absolutely amazing, literally the best purchase I’ve made in a very long time.
