In March 2025 this company quoted and built a fence 6 months later the whole fence falling too pieces, when contact he said iam in Ireland on a 5 year contract. And said he would get a mate to look at this , obviously he never did and they have no intention of putting this work right. Which means I now have to pay for a whole new fence 7 months after paying them £1000. Please avoid this company.i have given this company every opportunity to put this right they now refuse to communicate

Arranged for Some one to come and see my 84 years old mums hedge and give a quote , they never turned up and left my mum upset and ringing me at work to see why they hadn’t come

Do not use this company, laid our artificial grass wrong way round , and left a complete mess every were , ground not level which they laid the artificial grass on and broke some block pavers on our drive way , beware of this company , cowboys 😡

Do not use this company if you want a straight fence that will last longer than 18 months, or any other work that needs the attention of the installer once work has been completed. We used this company to erect a fence that had previously blown down in a storm, & it was the worst decision we could have made. Tony an employee of this company arrived & immediately started finding reasons to dig up my neighbours drive, which as you can imagine she was pretty upset about. We informed Tony that we wanted the new fence erecting where the old fence had been.

And there started a comedy of errors, that you would not believe.
Tony was way out of his depth with this job, & left our garden & our neighbours garden in a terrible mess, so I rang & asked him for his bosses name so I could make a complaint. Tony then informed me he was the boss, & this was his company. However this was a lie, Tony also informed me he had cancer, so wouldn’t be able to return to clear up the mess he had made. I eventually found out that Ben was in fact the owner of this company. So I thought hopefully I will get somewhere with him, how wrong was I. Ben did initially come & clear up the mess Tony had left. But it took him almost 2 months to do so.
So imagine how despondent I was 18 months later to find a concrete fence post now loose, & a fence panel leaning. I contacted Ben immediately & then after numerous texts & emails back & forth, he reluctantly agreed to visit. Which he eventually did approx 6 months later. Ben then immediately decided the fence was in the state it was due to high winds, which we hadn’t had/or my neighbours fault for having her garden landscaped. Which was utter rubbish, all this Ben deduced from looking over the dog leg of a fence his employee had erected, at some new turf which had been laid in my neighbours garden. Apparently Ben’s company does not do fencing anymore, & one look at the photos I’m posting with this review will tell you why. Also Ben informed me when I made my initial complaint that he had sacked Tony for lying & poor workmanship, but it appears this is also untrue. So I deduct from this that Ben is an untrustworthy person. Who has no regard for customer satisfaction, & will do & say anything rather than correct his employees shoddy workmanship, & deliver good quality work, that his customers pay for in good faith.
We paid almost £2k to this company, & it had to be paid upfront before they would even start the work, so let that be a lesson well leant for the future.

From the moment we got in touch with Ben he was very helpful.The job he and his team was done to an excellent standard the communication between us was brilliant I would highly recommend him.very clean and tidy throughout the job 👏 👏👏👏

Absolutely amazing work from these guys! The quality is supberb, much than first anticipated, can't thank you enough for the help you all did! Great group of people as well, excellent communication from them the whole journey, if you need artificial grass then go no further than the best company there is!!!!
