I couldn't be happier with my new sectional garage door and the excellent service I received from Garage Doors Online!
From my first telephone conversation with Laura (Rowney) where I was given honest and knowledgeable advice, right through to the door being delivered, the service was excellent and it's obvious the whole team are equally efficient as each other....sadly, quite hard to find these days!!

The whole order was delivered exactly on the day and time promised with great communication and detail throughout the post ordering process. I must admit to being a little nervous initially about fitting it myself but as long as you follow the very comprehensive fitting instructions (there's also plenty of very good video's on youtube that were really helpful) it's pretty straightforward for any competent DIY'er. The whole kit is extremely well made and a pleasure to fit....and all at a very very competitive price !

I bought a Carteck sectional garage door to install myself. I called Garage Doors Online a couple of times for advice on measuring up before I took the plunge and ordered. Whenever I called, everyone was friendly and helpful, advising from their experience.
On the appointed delivery day, the door didn't arrive. I called and spoke to Keeley Warren, who quickly contacted Teckentrup and found out what had happened, and sorted it without issue. I had cause to contact Keeley several times, every time she was quick to reply and very helpful and reassuring.
I have no hesitation in recommending GD online. Plenty of companies will sell you a door, but they have looked after me with after sale service that is rare to find these days. Thank you Keeley.

I bought a Seceuroglide roller door from GarageDoorsOnline about seven years ago and have needed a bit of support on a couple of occasions. Each time, Laura has replied quickly with clear, helpful guidance, and I’ve always managed to get the door working again within a day or two.

Left it totally on their hands didn’t know what I wanted just spoilt for choice so I gave them the measurements just said I need a nice canopy door and they didn’t disappoint their driver kept me informed all the way no no time was lost waiting in, then help me move it out of the way as I was not fitting it straight away 10/10

We bought our garage door from garage doors online. I haven't been the easiest customer as there has been quite a bit of back and forth due to a few errors that I made.

Laura Rowney, the office manager had been extremely helpful and accommodating. She arranged samples to be sent to ensure we were happy with the colour, gave guidance on the sizes required and kept her patience as we went backwards and forwards with emails.

I was a muppet and tore the ribbon cable that attached to the lid of the door opener. I contacted Laura to find out the cost of a replacement and she managed to source one for me. Brilliant.
Then Laura added that it would be complimentary. This is genuine customer service, putting the customer first, not just blurb on a web page, but going way beyond what I call good customer service, truly into the fantastic customer service zone. Garage Doors Online now have a lifetime customer.

I was looking for a roller door and garage doors online came up. I was a bit reluctant to measuring up myself and getting it wrong. I called them up and spoke to Kevin who was more than helpful with guiding me through the process and explaining what else I may also need like the cover for the box.
I never felt pressured into making the purchase so placed the order with him over the phone.
Within 5mins I had a confirmation email with details of what else I needed to do to complete the purchase.
I received an email from Carroll confirming that everything has been confirmed and the order has been sent for production.
A few days later I received a message from Keeley with a delivery date and kept me updated all the way through to delivery.
The delivery driver gave me a call 1/2 hour before he turned up so wasn’t waiting in all day.
The roller door turned up in 3 parts with an instruction Qr code so there wasn’t any bits of paper blowing away in the wind. Really straight forward to fit but definitely need two people for installation. Was fitted in a few hours.
Really impressed with the final product. It feels well made and the powder coated finish is excellent.
The staff that dealt with my order were fantastic from start to finish. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new garage door.

I unfortunately suffered a major break in to my garage a couple of months ago. After getting quotes to have doors replaced, l decided to fit the new doors myself and order new doors competitively priced from Laura Rowley sales manager at Garage doors online. Laura guided me carefully through the measurements and answered my many many questions re the doors and how they would look and operate.
I would recommend the company for its customer care and Laura in particular for excellent customer service in getting the best deal and solution for my needs
