PSN Card - Miserable customer support
After at least 30 successful orders in the last 2 years I was asked to send my ID shot again.
ID shot and ID photos uploaded and sent to gamesrocket. No code received after 3 days. Wrote mail to custom support. Answer: didn´t receive anything. Sent documents with ID shot and ID photos again. Answer: Can´t accept Word document, please send jpeg photos. Sent jpeg photos. Answer: please check, order should be closed. Checked order: status "Ebay Check", no code. Wrote again mail to customer support. Support send link for code -> clicked on "download" -> Error on page...
Finally received the code, but never seen such miserable, incompetent and bad customer support before!
