Bought 2 items totalling $286.18 and the item arrived damaged. No packaging protection was included, only a sheet of brown paper. When I reached out to support for assistance, they wanted me to send them back, but advised if they find they were damaged when I send them back, they mention on the response that: “ If the item is deemed to be damaged or there is no fault found, you will be required to pay the necessary postage fee in order to receive the item back. ” Well, the item is damaged? And if I send back with the same packaging I received them in, they may not provide assistance and I will need to pay further. So now I will need to pay extra to include packaging protection that should have already been used by Gamesmen to begin with? Very poor solution to a problem they caused and expect customers to run to the post office for a chance that they will not even assist anyways? Trying to save money by not using packaging protection and forcing consumers to pay on top is poor business, especially when smaller stores are able to look after customers orders much better. Will not be coming back if this is the solution.

I was after a particular colour in the Little live pets toy Curly as a Christmas present, as it doesn't state online which colour you will receive I decided to contact The Gamesmen, they were so helpful from the start right up to receiving the toy. The friendly service and communication is absolutely brilliant, they kept me informed every step of the way.

Disappointing. Shipping timeframe was good, however - the packaging was awful. I am a collector. I am amazed that the Hot wheels inside the crumpled box, survived the journey. I ordered 5 premium pieces at $20 each. RRP $8 each. Dropping $100 and not packaging the contents carefully is extremely lazy and poor

I'm always very happy with the shopping experience here. I've found great items at great prices each time, the shipping costs are good and I've always received my orders in perfect condition and as described.

Very good customer service and tracking communication, packaged well, all items as described, arrived in excellent time to my small country town (the day after preorder was due to send out, which is amazing).

There is limited availability of gaming merch in NZ, I found this gem of a merchant and was so impressed with the range and it only took a week to get to NZ !! The products I ordered exceeded my expectations , they are in perfect condition and I can't wait to see my kids faces on Christmas day

The Thrustmaster Airbus Captain's Throttle Quadrant is such a high quality product. It's going to make a great addition to my flight sim cockpit setup.

Quick and safe delivery especially considering an overseas shipment. Product is a special gift for a LOTR enthusiast, so I didn't unpack it, but it looks amazing!

Shopped with Gamesmen several times and have never had an issue. Always quick to post. There's usually only up to one working day wait between order and postage - there's a "skip the queue" pay extra option that I've never used, maybe it'd be worth the extra few dollars if you were ordering during last minute Christmas shopping?? But I don't think it'd ever actually do anything meaningful otherwise. They do regular sales throughout the year so I don't think I've ever bought anything I've been eyeing off at full price. They have a really good variety in their store that I haven't seen at other gaming/pop culture places, though of course there's also a lot of overlap.

These guys snd gals are simply the best ever. I am not one to give reviews of any kind. But the professional service received from this company is had prompted me to leave this review. Timely delivery, quite often next day. Excellent packaging, and an accurate product description of the item. Can’t beat them for game items.
