AMAZING User Experience.

Well worth it. GameserverApp's website is very clean and simple, and makes server management a breeze. Everything is easy to navigate and highly customizable. I contacted the help desk to request a new map and had a response AND the map within an hour, and was even given information about how the map's development stage may effect my server. By far the best user experience I've ever had - would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing but the best, simple and Hassle-Free

We've looked high and low for a dependable Ark server, it took a lot of digging to find something solid and dependable. When we found GameserverApp.com we read the reviews first and then debated a few questions to contact them with, it took about 30 minutes on a Sunday to get a replay. Our questions were answered right away so we gave it a shot and started creating an account, within minutes our Server was up and running with 48 hours of free time to play and decide what we thought before finalizing the purchase. During some of the configuration, we were not sure of a few items as configuring the server isn't something that we're pros at with Ark so we reached out with our questions. Later on, on the same Sunday night, we had a response with the answers we needed.
GameServerApp.com made everything simple, last night we even got a notification that we had updates and to sit back it was being automatically taken care of. Our user list is Twitch Subscriber-only so we have nothing to do but let our Subscribers on Twitch know what the link is to our Ark Website provided by GameServerApp.com and everything they need, including rules to agree to are all there. Simple and hassle-free, love it!

GameserverApp.com - Fast-Easy-Right

GameserverApp.com has one of the more in-depth game server management systems with tons of control. It was fast and easy to set up my Ark servers and they make it easy to manage mods. They're my only go-to when it comes to hosting Ark.

Excellent hosting for ark

Excellent hosting for ark. Best value is to host your own. Owner responds quickly to tickets. Really really good Must try there self host servers. It cost me less then £60 or $74 for 10 game servers. Crazy cheap. Enjoy.

10/10 Would recommend

From using other providers i always thought there wasn't much you could do other than game setup then i heard about GameserverApps, there support team are amazing, The quality of the servers are the best quality i have ever used. I would highly recommend GameserverApps. The services they provide are 10/10. The community i host for wouldn't be the same without GameserverApps they make things so much easier, from server set up to even your own community website and the performance is the best i have used by far!

Very rude support, lost entire player base.

I WAS very happy with my cluster, but one day it stopped running all my mods and the game was unplayable. I contacted this several times to get assistance and was ignored. I finally cancelled and then I got a bill for the "extra" services that cannot even be used without use of the servers themselves.

I contacted them again and was basically called a liar and that it was up to me to tend to files I could not access via FTP (the .ini files).

Finally this guy figured out the issue was that some of my emails went to his gmail spam folder! WHAT? They were not even using a support ticket system, they used GMAIL!!!

He never did appologize, offer compensation or anything. He only said "at least I own up to my mistakes". Yeah, after being called a liar and a slanderer and sending 7 emails with various levels of proof that I had contacted him he finally "owned up". It was way too late by then anyway. All my players had left. So after four months of putting time and energy into the server, after 4 months of paying server costs and 4 months of paying to advertise this server on the various listings sites, I had to start all over from scratch.

If you never need any kind of support, I suppose you can use this company. But if it's his fault, expect him to call you a liar before he finally helps you, if it's even in time to save your player base. I do not recommend using this company at all.

In response to the company's reply. Nice spin! My ini file got corrupted and since i don't have access to the ini files via FTP my hands were tied. Not only did I not touch those settings in the admin since two weeks before this suddenly happened, that's not even the point. It doesn't matter if I made a mistake or not. You don't trust your customers with accessing the raw .ini files so I simply could not upload a clean version myself. I was paying YOU for that kind of support and you simply did not provide it.

Anyhow, I'm not getting into all of this again. I gain nothing, whatsoever, by leaving this review except knowing that I have done my due diligence by informing other server admins about my experience with your company. The people reviewing this feedback can either choose to believe my report or they can choose to believe that you did absolutely nothing wrong. I really don't care.

Hi Dhara,

Our last contact on this manner was a month ago, when I tried to explain to you the various reasons why you ended up in the spam filter and you threatened to edit your review here. So I will try to explain to you here again.

We use the paid E-mail service offered by Google G-Suite for businesses, in combination with our helpdesk software. Google is the biggest mail provider in the world, and has great deliverability, meaning we are guaranteed not to end up in spam filters with our customers, due to e-mail misconfigurations. This is common practice in quality business IT.

On March 27th you reached out to us because S+ items were disappearing from your server. You used your primary e-mail: dhara@dualcr*****ves.com to contact us. We received your report and a couple hours laters we replied to you with various questions to better understand the issues you reported. After this we did not hear from you again.

A couple weeks later you reached out to us again (dhara@dualcr*****ves.com), because you forgot to cancel a subscription and you demanded a refund. You claimed we ignored you, so we asked you to provide screenshot proof, so we could investigate what was going on. We received quite emotional e-mails from you, just like your message here, but we did our best to sort out what happened.

It turned out, that you replied to your first ticket using a different e-mail (webmaster@pc-l*****ed.com). This e-mail was flagged by Google as spam. There can be various reasons why Google thinks this e-mail might be spam, but it usually is a configuration thing (which is why we chose Google). This explains why we never heard from you again after we replied to you: because you replied to us using a different e-mail than you initially had used to reach out, and this other e-mailaddress was marked as spam by Google.

We made a mistake by not disabling the spam filter, and we had no problem admitting to you that we made a mistake there. However I checked all your conversations, and we never used the word "liar" once nor did we implicate.

So, to summarise:
You messed up your configs, and you blame that on us.
You claim we ignored you, where I would argue it was us who got you in the spamfilter...
You claim we send you a bill for extra's, which is anything from the truth.
You claim we called you a liar and a slander, but you were the only one using those words...

Now, where did you own up to your mistakes? :)

Our config template system allows you to edit all the configuration files. GameserverApp.com provides the most configurable platform available on the market. Our config template system comes with an Easy Config mode, for people who are not familiar with custom configurations. These are recommended by us, as they can be used by anyone. In case you want your own custom configs, this is on your own risk. You can upload raw ini's here, set steam branches and custom launch parameters.

Nowhere do we claim to offer support on INI configuration issues. This is the gameserver admins job, hence the name. Our job is to make sure the underlying systems operate at the best performance.

I would recommend Premium ARK to all admins.

To be honest, im always a bit sceptical if it comes to the promises companies make. But Premium ARK blew my mind, everything advertised on the website is true and not overrated! I would recommend Premium ARK to all admins.

I joined Premium ARK quite early in development and it has a lot more features now. Which shows me it's managed active. Back then I had around 50 active players each moment of the day with no lag at all. But the things I personally loved the most were the community website and the admin tools. The website really brought the players together and the tools made my job as an admin quite easy. And i love that the admin panel is really user friendly!
