Misleading Advert for Marvel Legends
I was expecting the complete set of Marvel Legends but only got 1 figure. I have raised this with Advertising Standards Agency who have found you in breach of their regulations. As at 4th March I still have not received the other 6 figures in the set.
I notice you have changed the advert but only to reduce the selling price. Nothing else as required by the ASA.
Price point was good
Price point was good, shipping Lego sets in plastic is not. Doesn’t protect the item

Incompetence Personified....
Ordered an expensive console (£400+) on 11th Dec 2024 and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. Didn't happen. Got into CHAT (why is it so difficult to contact anyone via a phone line) and was fobbed off by different people with differing stories!!! Warehouse issues / new systems being installed / product order not being linked to stick in warehouse etc etc which affected delivery! I asked why would a company update systems a week or two before Christmas but still take everyone's extra delivery fee? Spent next few days repeatedly asking for a delivery update to be eventually told something along the lines of "we will let you know when it's out for delivery"!!! Then I was promised my delivery fee would be refunded and I could have a 20% discount on my next order (I won't be ordering from them ever again), then I was told I could not be given delivery refund AND a 20% discount (I did eventually get both but discount is useless as I won't ever use it)!!! Eventually, after getting nowhere fast with customer services for almost a week, I asked for matter to be escalated to a manager. Within 24hrs, my item suddenly became available and was delivered. Then I received an email informing me I had accidentally ordered my item again but I wasn't to worry as they had cancelled my second order!!!!! I had NOT ordered twice - not at all. So I got my order after escalation - one week late, loads of stress, incompetent staff, incompetent company, pitiful apology! Will never use the his company again.
PS: I have selected the Yeovil address as the location reviewed but I ordered online and cannot see an obvious address that I should choose!

Reordered Silent Hill 2 with steel book…
Reordered Silent Hill 2 with steel book on 30/09/24.
Game released on 08/10/24.
Email from Game says the estimated delivery date is 14/10/24.
Another email from Game says there's been a delay with my steel book, they'll ship it ASAP, separately from the game itself.
Customer services contacted for an update, and email from Game dated 11/10/24 once again says that shipping is delayed.
05/11/24 - contacted customer services again - I've received no shipping /tracking information, no game and no steel book.
A swift Google search took me to Reddit, where I'm reading anecdotes from people who didn't pre-order the game, and we're able to walk into their local branches and buy the game and steel book on day one.
Game are listing Silent Hill 2 for the PS5 on their website this second! If they are unable to ship the game, how can they legally list it without flagging that it's not in stock?
Speaking to citizens advice if they don't get back by the end of the week.
I seldom purchase from them due to issues I've had in the past, but somehow they continue to secure these exclusivity deals when it comes to memorabilia etc! Absolutely livid.

I went to the Game store within a Sports Direct in order to spend my points, only to be told that they can only be spent in a Game store which is purely that. The nearest one to me is so far away that travel costs are more than the value of the points. As far as I’m concerned, that makes the points a con and I’m really annoyed that you issue points when virtually nobody can spend them. That’s £5.50 I’ll never get. The staff were nice about it but it’s not fair on them either to constantly have to tell customers that they can’t use their points.
