Buy online for a chance of a refund
My Son bought a wireless controller cable clearly marked for Xbox "S" one. It didn't fit so he tried to return it for a refund. he was told he couldn't becasue the box was opened! How ridiculous! He HAD to open the box to test the item!
This was from St Helens (inside Sports direct). My advice is, only buy online from this company because you have a 14 day money back guranteee.
This is ongoing and has been reported to Trading Standards for breaching Consumer Law!
