Bought an apparently 'good condition' console online to find a large scratch along the top of the console. Wouldn't recommend buying consoles from here unless brand new.

The very best, no exaggeration
Greeted by the store assistant and was guided through the whole process of trading in my games, I had never done this before and it definitely made me feel better and not anxious as I was prior to trading in my games. Without a doubt, the best customer service I had ever received!

Terrible condition.
Bought an apparently 'good condition' console online to find a large scratch along the top of the console. Wouldn't recommend buying consoles from here unless brand new.
