Staff was very demanding in regards to insurance for my purchase and very unclear as too what I would be signing up for and how to close if wanted in the future !

Finding we got home the free game had been left out of the bag . I had to go back .

click and collect for free, please
The only downside I see here is that click and collect is the same price as delivering at home.
