I got a vr the other day from game and…
I got a vr the other day from game and they were all nice to me and trying to get me to buy price plans. Then the vr went down in price went back there to see if they can give me the difference on refund or store credit and the women was friendly at 1st but when I ask her she's like a big no no we don't do refunds like that even on store credit. They knew what they were doing. never again am I shopping at game they just lost one customer. My advice do not shop there as there friendly 1st but price difference or refunds are a big no for them. Should of waited two days and be 50 pound better off.

The refund exchange policy is not clear…
The refund exchange policy is not clear to the customer and you did not give me full refund and full exchange instead they took more than half of the price of the item and did not give back the money only voucher so that is like a double rip off
