Staff had lack of knowledge about bundles available when buying a ps5 also seemed very uninterested in helping the customer get the best deal for them. This seems to have happened alot since Game have merged into sports direct stores.

I shopped in Eastbourne store in sports direct. I brought a keyboard and mouse set that was on sale for 25 pound but got charged 30 pound by the guy at the till when I paid by card. I only released after I got home. Tho the keyboard and mouse are really good I feel a bit mugged off. If they do that all day then someone's getting my fiver plus others
