Poor I place an order for next day delivery and it’s been three days now without getting it.

I always feel looked after in the Burnley store, I am not the best in dealing with technology and the staff guide me on my purchases. A credit to the store.

The gent who was in on Saturday afternoon (long dark hair) was a brilliant salesman and looked after me as I was choosing a new console.

Best stuff to buy also staff are polite and good place to go to to buy games and collectibles 😊

Fantastic staff in their Burnley store. Really friendly and helpful, and focused on finding the right console bundle for me without pressure. Talked me through all the insurance and warranty information and didn't rush me to make a purchase.

Really helpful staff, knowledgeable and real gamers. I nearly traded in my switch and series s at CEX and by the off chance went into GAME Burnley whilst they were checking the consoles, glad I did, got slightly more on for my consoles as I was buying a new PS5 and the deals they had on are miles better, paid a little more upfront for a new console but walked out with three games so actually spent less on terms of value for money.
