Fraud DMC, charged 100% payment two month before and not provide promised services..asking for refund nor responding..company sales person Mr. Hemant worst sales person i have ever seen in my travel career..Owner also not serious about his company image and goodwill..only setting for making money.

We had worse experience with Galaxy. They take money and no service

very bad service. Dont trust the company. They require only money. But after receiving the payment. They wont care about the customer and if in case of any emergency. No one will access the mail/make over the call to us.. I REQUEST U ALL DONT TRUST THEM....

Booked a day trip in Dubai via Viator. Got voucher and paid. As requested I tried to contact Galaxy as requested. Tried via eMail and phone. Tried 30 times no reply. Phoned viator who also couldn't contact them. What a disgrace. Left in Dubai with no excursion. Avoid galaxy like the plague. Think they must have ceased trading

Hello We Visited Dubai On Date 4th Nov 2016 With Our Family. We Were 12 Members Including Our Child.



We Booked Via Galaxy Tourism Llc .



When We Reached Dubai And Reached Hotel We Found Company Made Fraud With Us. There Was No Booking In Hotel With Our Name.

As We Were So Tired, Our Family Was Feeling Horrible Because Of Galaxy Tourism. We Reached Orchid Vue Hotel and Remain There

For 4 Hours without Food.

Hotel Said There Is No Booking Done From Galaxy Tourism. This Was Clearly Fraud By Company.



After This Mess We Warn Them To Take Action And They Shifted Us To Majestic Towers Hotel Saying That They Have Booked Room There.

But When We Reached There Again There Was No Room!



We Waited For One Hour There With No Room Standing On Reception Area. We Never Assumed Dubai Could Be That Much Bad Experience.

Finally They Again Shifted To Hotel Crown Plaza Saying That You Will Get 5 Nights There.



Final Everything Was Settled And Very Next Morning Again Galaxy Tourism Called And Said We Are Shifting You To Orchid Vue Hotel.



Problem Didn’t Stopped Here :



Day 1:4th Nov: As Per Itinerary We Have Dhow Cruise On First Day (Mentioned In Voucher). They didn’t Provide Us This

Sightseeing And Skipped That.





Day 2: 5th Nov: They Shifted Us To Crown plaza To Orchid Vue And Ruin Our Entire Day. They Picked Up From Crown plaza At 10am And Gave Room In

Orchid Vue At 2:30 Pm So Wasted So Much Time. And We Got Settled At 5 Pm And Thats How They Ruined That Day. They Picked Up Late For Burj Khalifa And Waited Us Again For 2 Hour. After Burj Khalifa Our Scheduled

Dinner Was At India Palace Restaurant. They Dint Proved Us Dinner . And Late Night Said That Have Dinner At Hotel.



Day 3:6th Nov: We Have Limo Ride Galaxy Sent A Message That They Will Pick Up At 10:30 And They Said Maximum Wait Time Is 10 Minute.

Thing Is We Were Ready At 10:15 And They Picked Up At 12:05 And So Waited Us For More Than Hour.



Day 4: 7th Nov: On That Day We Have Abu Dhabi City Tour With Ferrari World. They Again Picked Up And Half Hour Late. When We Reach Ferrari World , There Was Nobody To Give Us

Entry Ticker ( We Booked And Paid In Advance For Same) . When We Told Concern Person, They Send Person After Another Half An Hour. He Reach And

Stood In Line To Take Ticket. After Half Hour He Came Back And Said He Don’t Have Enough Fund To Buy Ticket So We Landed Him 500 Dinar

On Condition Of Returning Back Same Night. We Entered Late So We didn’t Get Sufficient Time To Enjoy In Ferrari World. And Even They Dint Return

Money In Trip. They Returned It After Our Trip Finished That To After So Many Follow Up. On That Day



Day 5 : 8th Nov: On That We Have Planned Trip For Palm Atlantis They waited Us For More Than 2 Hour .



Day : 6 : 9th Nov: They Arrange Small Vehicle While Drop To Airport









Note: We Also Have 2 Dinner At Rangoli Restaurant, The Arranged It On Other Cheap Restaurant.
