I called the insurance company I asked to get the insurance I got it I paid $330 for my insurance I called them an hour later and told them I wanted to cancel and after I canceled he said it would be five to seven business days this was on March 30th the policy said it ended March 31st so they charged me for a day and they charged me $160 just because I canceled so I called Monday to see what the holdup was with the check and the lady said they will be sending it out they didn't send it out and that was the 12th of April I just called today Friday the 17th to see if they had issued the check they sent it out on the 15th they know it's going to take even longer for my money to come when I say if you know like I know don't do business with these people they're rude they talk to you any kind of way treat you like crap and then turn around and overcharge you I had coverage from them for 1 hour if that they charged me $10 at the end of the day all I can do is spread the word if you know like I know don't do business with these people I repeat if you know like I know don't do business with these people and I've never had an insurance company that build me for a whole year instead of 6 months they rip you off do not do business with these people

My experience with GAINSCO Auto Insurance was very disappointing. I had a major accident, and the damage to my car was significant, but the amount they offered me was extremely low and did not help me at all.

This is my last month with them, and I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I have even received offers from lawyers to help me get the compensation I deserve, which clearly shows that the settlement I was given was unfair.

Very poor experience overall.

My claims adjuster will not return my phone calls. It has been over a week and my car is still at the tow yard.
Terrible customer service.
