Ordered a product about a month ago and didn’t receive any tracking info nor did they bother to update me on anything. Emailed them a bunch of times and didn’t get a response yet they have the audacity to email me asking for a review. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Finally received my item
This is an amended review.
I thought it was some kind of a scam at first as the delivery took a long time and the customer services didn’t reply to any of my emails.
I’ve now received the item I’m happy with… so:
- It took a long time to arrive
- I have received my item and I’m happy with it
- I didn’t get a response from customer services, but since I received my item I’m happy.
If you’re in a hurry, this site isn’t for you. If you don’t mind waiting, based on my single purchase it’s ok.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. My son is devastated. Broke within minutes. Do not buy this product. The bullets also take months to arrive but by the time they do, the gun will have broken anyway.

Absolute scam of a company
Bought my son a gun that didn’t work properly.
Despite repeated emails to the company asking how I go about returning the item, not one has been responded to, so now I’m left with a useless gift.
Absolute sham of a company- no phone number or anything to try and speak to anyone.
AVOID

2x AK Extreme… Le bad.
I have orded and received 2x AK Extreme both completely knackered. One didn't come with listed extras, and batt cover falls off. Returned. No refund yet. The other one has stopped working at all. I'm not cross, just very disappointed. Will be returning the other broken one too. Bet I don't get a refund or a working AK. I don't even think I'll see an email
I have spent a tonne of money on gel balls and targets. Meh 🤔

Extremely Poor Comms!!
Emailed them 5 times no reply at all. Very poor comms. Gun arrived well packaged but had accessories missing.
They claim they have a uk base but cannot see any details to contact them.
