No goods received two weeks after order. Luckily there are alternative sellers who are aware of the slower suppliers. Bye !!

Item came very quickly. The quality is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Overall i cannot recommend this company enough! I would definitely buy from them in future and want to thank G-Blaster for a very positive experience, particularly as this is my first gel blaster.

Ordered a gel blaster which was faulty. Emailed g-blaster about the fault. Ordered a second gel blaster which has not arrived. Both payments taken. No response to emails and no contact number. Website says emails answered within 24 hours, obviously not true.

I reached out multiple times for shipping updates and never got a response. When the kit did arrive, it was missing parts. I sent an email for this issue and have not recieved a response. Now I have to wait longer to finish my build.

Avoid! I placed my order on the 17th it's now the 31st and I haven't received it yet? I was meant to be delivered within 7 to 10 days to the UK. Tracking information not accurate, indicated it was delivered, it wasn't and someone was home all day. I emailed customer services and still haven't received a reply a week later. I believe this may be a scam website.

The product was broken !! And when I sent a email asking for a refund you completely ignored me !!

Product arrived incomplete. I have email G-blaster 3 times no response. Really poor customer service. Its been 10days since first email so they had plenty time to respond

This is an empty shopify front-end to a drop shipping setup. All claims on the site made about customer service, shipping etc are false.

The items themselves are cheap non-working Chinese tat that take longer than the stated shipping times. Parts of the order do not arrive. Tracking information provided does not work.

If you try to contact customer service you will not receive a reply. They contravene UK distance selling regulations and face striking off with both Shopify and the Payment providers.

Read the similar negative Trustpilot reviews that are real customers, rather than the fake paid-for rated reviews.

I did not realise the blaster could ship from the UK, so the very fast delivery time surprised me the most.
I thought I was going to have to wait for a week or 2.
So when it arrived within a couple of days I was very happy happy.
Also the blaster is awesome and looks very cool.

Excellent business to business service, good arrived in good time and communication great, worth doing business with and I will return.

Placed an order before Christmas still not received the items tried contacting customer service by email no reply I requested a refund but got no response would definitely not be recommending this company to anyone

Product supplied was did not work. Tried to contact seller regards return or replacement and they failed to respond. VERY POOR SERVICE

Ordering in the Web site was great,but the after sales is rubbish, on of the items I ordered broke with in about tens mins of use it, I emailed and I am still waiting on a reply, when the rest of the order turned up they had sent me one of the item that i ordered and one item that is incorrect ,I emailed again and still no reply.

The blaster arrived quickly but unfortunately it had a problem. They tried to solve it by email, asking us to test the gun in various ways but when this did not fix the issue they sent out a replacement straightaway. Would definitely use again.

The product only work for 10 mins before it jammed. I've contacted the company multiple times but had no response at all. I've even returned the product for which they have signed to confirm they have received, but still nothing, no email, no replacement or refund. Terrible product and even worse customer service. My son was left utterly disappointed in Xmas day and every day asks me if they've replied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a gel blaster surge xl off the website gel blaster. Com an express shipping method. At an ample time for it to come in before xmas it was supposed to be a gift for my son. We are now going into new years no gel blaster yet i have emailed . I have called . I even slid into there DMs and still no response i would never order from these ppl at all get your gelblasters from.walmart!

They don't work.
I have contacted the company to ask if there is something we could try but have had no response.
The gel balls just keep exploding in the barrel or exit point of the magazine.
Would like a refund but doubt I will get one as no response to emails.
