Extremely disorganised charter company
Extremely disorganised charter company, which assigned us a rude and arrogant skipper who ultimately ruined our holiday. Despite clearly communicating our desire to sail north of Kos, he took us south without any discussion or involvement in the planning. Throughout the trip, he made unilateral decisions, showing no interest in engaging with us or considering our preferences. It became evident that his priority was spending time in ports with his friends rather than allowing us to enjoy swimming and exploring the beautiful surroundings — which was the main purpose of our holiday.
There were also serious health and safety issues, including a gas leak on board, which we had to resolve ourselves as he was unable to handle it appropriately. However, the most frustrating aspect was his dismissive, rude, and selfish behaviour, as well as his complete failure to understand or care about the kind of experience we were looking for. We strongly advise avoiding this charter company — not only because of the skipper’s unacceptable conduct but also due to how poorly the company has handled our complaint. We are now in the process of taking formal action against them.

We must therefore emphasize that the dissemination of misleading or defamatory statements harms both our reputation and the integrity of our crew, professionals who take great pride in their work and our clients’ safety.
