This is my second time using Future Family for a fertility loan. The first time around went smoothly and I had no complaints or issues. This time has been a huge disappointment. I was approved easily, but from there, everything went downhill. After approval, I was emailed a set of instructions to have my funds disbursed to my fertility clinic. I was also advised to use a specific specialty pharmacy to obtain my medications and told that a portion of my loan would be allocated for those. I followed the instructions to the letter but it wasn’t until 3 weeks and multiple phone calls/emails later that I finally had my funds disbursed. I had to ask my fertility clinic to pause payments because the expected funds were so delayed. Every time I called future family they gave me excuses and runarounds, offering little help and instead asking me to be the middleman to ensure my funds were disbursed even though I had already done everything I could do on my end. It added tons of stress to an already stressful situation. My fertility clinic assured me they were requesting the funds but had still not received them. Weeks later, after having to be very pushy, future family finally told me that an email had ”not gone through” that I needed to sign to approve a release of funds. I had never been told that I needed to sign anything else so I didn’t even know to look for the email that wasn’t sent. They resent it and once I signed it, my funds were disbursed 5 days later. But when I called to order my medications, the specialty pharmacy stated they had received no funds for my medications. After calling future family yet again, they refused to admit they made a mistake and did not send the appropriate funds to the specialty pharmacy they requested I use. They also told me that because the funds were already disbursed to my clinic, there was nothing more they could do. Oh, except they did tell me I could take out another loan with them! Ha! So now, I have to pay out of pocket upfront for my medications, which I cannot afford right now (that’s why I got a loan in the first place). I am beyond frustrated with future family and I will never go through them for a loan again. Instead of making my fertility journey easier, they have added nothing but confusion, stress and a feeling of helplessness to my experience. Please save yourself a lot of headache and get a regular personal loan so you have control over your own funds.

I have been paying on a $10,000 loan with Future Family for about 2½ years.
Getting approved was easy and the early months were smooth. Unfortunately, the problems started later and have only grown.
Lost or misapplied payments: At least three payments have been “lost” even though I have bank statements and receipts showing on-time delivery—some payments were even above the monthly amount. Each time I discovered the issue only after I called to ask why my account showed late or past-due.
No notice of address change: Two of those “lost” payments went to the address printed on my statements because Future Family quietly changed its payment address without sending a single email or letter.
Credit score impact: Despite proof of payment and consistent on-time history, they reported me as late years later, damaging what had been excellent credit.
Balance that doesn’t add up: Even after paying roughly $400/month for almost three years, I still allegedly owe about $3,000, which makes no sense given the original loan amount and my occasional extra payments.
Pressure to allow direct bank drafts: I chose to send payments directly instead of giving them automatic access to my account. In hindsight, it feels like they penalize any customer who doesn’t let them pull funds themselves.
I now have to fight to have my credit corrected, and I feel their accounting practices are careless at best and predatory at worst.
Advice to future borrowers:
If you must use them, document everything and keep proof of every payment.
Double-check monthly statements and credit reports.
If possible, pay as much as you can up front and minimize the loan amount to reduce exposure.
Be prepared for poor communication and the burden of proving your own payments.
What began as a simple fertility-financing solution has turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal.
I cannot recommend Future Family based on my experience.

Amazing Service and Fast Funding!
Curtis Feimster was a joy to work with! He was so personable and showed genuine care and concern for our fertility funding needs. After reading about the company online and perusing their website, my husband and I decided to give them a try for our funding needs. The process was simple as Curtis guided every step and the informative phone call with him took care of all of our concerns for our fertility funding needs. The best part is the coach. My coach (Rachel) supported me every step of the way. We even scheduled virtual Zooms to administer medication live. She was empathetic, patient, available, and so well-informed about my procedure. I have no idea how I would have completed the procedure without her.

Ivf is a club that nobody wants to be in, but ff has taken some of the pain away. From my first phone call with Curtis, who awnsered all my questions and took some of the scaries away with ivf was amazing. Then Rachel, who's an ivf nurse who was assigned to me, now honestly I thought no biggie I can give myself shots, but oh boy it's so much more then that. She helped me walk threw mixing meds, she's helped me with the dosages that I actually messed up on lol! She's helped me understand my labs and what they mean, she's even been there for me when I was crying and just scared. She seriously like your ivf BFF! I have texted so many times threw out the day and she has always responded fast! Weekend, evening, she's there. She's even checked in on me to see how I am and where I'm at in the process. I can't say enough good things about her! I would recommend future family to anyone who has to go threw this, even though it sucks ff makes it better

I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience has been with Future Family. The loan application process was simple and transparent: I wasn’t pressured into borrowing more than I felt comfortable borrowing, there’s no hidden fees or penalties for early payback, and no question was treated with anything but the utmost respect and care. But the MOST important and *worth-every-penny* feature of the Future Family loan, is that it includes 24/7 access to a dedicated nurse! While fertility clinics try to be attentive and responsive to their patients, nothing—and I mean NOTHING—beats the peace of mind I had from having access to my dedicated nurse, Rachel. When the clinic didn’t respond in a timely fashion or provided an unclear/vague response to a question, instead of panicking (or getting angry), I referred my questions and relevant info to Rachel and she happily (and promptly) answered, explained, and armed me with appropriate follow-up questions to ask my doctor. My hand was held the whole way! Rachel celebrated my achievements with me, told me what to expect next, and literally walked me through—via FaceTime/Zoom—the various injections (some come in ready-to-go pens, others in vials to be withdrawn, and still others in powders that first need to be carefully mixed!). This would have been totally overwhelming without her! Although the egg “stimulation”, monitoring, and retrieval process is grueling, costly, and time consuming, having Rachel available to text a quick question or hop on a call meant that I could confidently adhere to an exact injection schedule which, for me, resulted in wayyyy better-than-expected results. At 39, I began the “cycle” with 11 follicles and was told to optimistically expect 70% of those being retrieved as “mature” eggs. They ended up retrieving ALL 11 mature eggs (!) and I honestly credit Rachel for this tremendous success. If it wasn’t for her being so accessible, I am certain any number of variables (withdrawing exact dosages, properly mixing powders with solutions, adhering to a strict injection schedule, or even knowing when/if to order extra medications before a weekend) would’ve produced different results. In fact, I’d go so far as to presume the “70%” guideline I was given is, in part, based on there mere fact that most people going through this process are NOT healthcare professionals and, understandably, make mistakes (big or small) when it comes to the medications/injections. Having Rachel, my dedicated nurse, allowed me to do everything possible on my end to ensure the best outcome. No guesswork. No mistakes. I’m as proud of myself for my final results as I am grateful to Future Family (and Rachel!) for enabling me to achieve them. I cannot recommend Future Family enough!!

At first I would have given this company 5 stars. The loan process was easy in 2022 and I had my daughter in 2024.
But now…. I can’t get anyone on the phone or get a response to my emails for a payoff letter (something I needed quickly). One… that should be available to you in the dashboard portal at all times, two there should be a way to speak to a representative on the phone during business hours.
