Didn't deliver the bed on chosen day. Didn't answer the phone. Took ages to reply to text messages.
Customer service appalling. At 7pm I cancelled my order and went elsewhere
HORRIBLE
The sellers ignored my calls, my messages and xalled me ridiculous.
They rescheduled without my consent.
They told me they’d install the bed before I pay to make sure it wasn’t a scam bht when the delivery driver came he started cussing out my mum and I and was saying my mum had to help him lift the bed up to my bedroom. He also said we had to pay in the parking lot before anything.
Asked for a refund on the day we recieved the beds. As we wernt satisfied with them. They said they can only refund 2 out of the 3 beds, but even then they haven't refunded the 2 they promised and now ignore our calls. Do not buy from them.
They came up fitted beds was too big for room driver was happy to take it back but the main guy would not give go ahead and then said was going to pick beds up and they never did anything thats cash in hand please do not trust as they will ignore you and you wasted money

No customers services i got the wrong cushions and am now being ignored. Save your money and time , do not buy from these
They delivered on agreed date. Sofa is very comfy and guy even installed it for me highly recommend
The experience was great with furniture hub uk. Initially i was confused but tbh delivery was so smooth cooperative staff throughout the process. Thank you definitely recommend
My sofa was ok however the cushions i asked for full firmness and half of the sofa was very soft and not what i asked. I was then told i will get sent new hard one in a few days, then after that they started ignoring my calls and messages and are now not responding and i can't get hold of them. Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the hassle if you have any issues they will ignore it once paid. AVOID AVOID.

Purchased a bedroom set from furniturehub uk and I’m very impressed with how seamless everything was. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with care. They assembled all the pieces quickly and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. The furniture itself is top-notch—sturdy, elegant, and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I brought a bed from them and it’s broken after a month due to poor quality. When you try and contact them they are rude and then block you! Avoid avoid avoid!!
Absolutely terrible company, I ordered a sofa and footstool from them, when it was delivered they only had the sofa with them and no footstool, they promised me the footstool would be delivered the following day so I paid them in full however it never was delivered, the following week they told me the footstool would be delivered every day however it never was, and after a week they started to completely ignored me and I am still waiting for my footstool or my refund for over a month now
